Because this CVS is the closest to my home I've ordered one hour photos three times. Each time my photos are not ready or "missing" even after receiving an email stating that my order is ready for pick up. Every time the manager just says come back tomorrow. ? Today was definitely the last time I will be ordering photos at this location.

I came in 5 minutes before they closed this evening to pick up a prescription. The pharmacist had already turned out the lights and when he saw me come up to the counter, he quickly closed the gate and said "We're closed!" I said "but your sign says you close at 8:00. Why are you closing early?" He just repeated "We're close!" No apology. He didn't care. Helping a customer was the last thing he wanted to do. How are they even allowed to close earlier than posted? Again today, prescriptions laying on the dirty ground next to the garbage.

Do not go here. Customer service along with the busy location is totally understaffed. Usually a line of 10 people with rude service. AVOID!

Wow this has been the worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. I scheduled a vaccination at this location a week ago and the pharmacy just decided to cancel my appointment on the day of and less than 15 minutes to my scheduled time while I was already on the road on my way to my appointment. I didn't realize my appointment was canceled until I was already in line! I am also 36 weeks pregnant and the pharmacist told me that they aren't allowed to take appointments at that time which doesn't make sense because I would think the system wouldn't let me schedule that time if it wasn't available. I am livid. The pharmacist told me to come back in an hour!!? I've already wasted my time coming in at my appointment time but they want me to come back in an hour when I'm already there. This pharmacy needs some customer service training and should accommodate patients when they make a mistake. Making me come back in an hour is unreasonable when I had a scheduled slot. If you want to waste your time at a pharmacy who should have an organized system and professional staff, this is the place to go! Otherwise, save your time and peace of mind and find a pharmacy/clinic that values your time and business and ultimately, your care! Beyond disappointed.

I go here because it’s the closest to my house and I have prescriptions sent here. Recently I was on hold for over 30 minutes waiting to get a status of a prescription that’s new and no one picks up. Someone picks up when I call the front and they say that they’ll ask someone from the pharmacy to pick up, still nothing. Then I show up at the pharmacy after the doctor tells me that my prescription is there, no one is answering the phones. Meh.

Was this in there to purchase a couple of pez candy? Dispensers walked up to the registered cashier recognized that I was. There kept doing what she was doing. Walked away to wait on somebody that came from another store. Never said hold on, I'll be right with you. Just left me standing there so I walked out. Will not shop at this store again. And then you guys wonder why you got no business and you guys are closing down. Very rude, very inconsiderate, whoever this girl was Polly. Lazy are figured. I could use the self check hope you close down soon

Horrible place. After mouth surgery, I came in after 30 min drive. They said they will need 10 min more to get my medication. 20 min later, they said they are going for lunch, and it will be another 30 min. So I had to stay with open wound, and wait for them. If you have a choice of another pharmacy, choose it instead. I certainly will. And this is not the first time things like that happen in CVS.

This by far the worst CVS I’ve been to. It’s dirty, the pharmacy never has any medication in stock, and no one cares. I’m going to stop using cvs after 20 yrs bc of this place. The ones in SF aren’t this bad.

I waited 5 hours for a one-hour photo, even though there were no staff at the photo counter and the cashier was rude and refused to cancel my order. I wasted $40 and 3 hours.

I am very disappoint on the way CVS conduct business because not accepting paper prescription from from Dr. office. They were lazy and wanted Dr. office faxes to them. It should be prefer the fax method, but they should accepting the paper prescription like CVS Story and White. I am very sad when that CVS closed. They should bring over the core team from CVS Story and White leading by Kristine Huynh and Mandy Nguyen. Walgreen gave me medication after 15 min waiting. Wil never come back to McKee store This CVS should have the zero instead of one star
