Horrible customer service. Employees are rarely around to assist; whether you need help finding something or if they need to clear something at the self-checkout kiosks. They put TWO "see next cashier" signs at each station when I went there today so only self-checkout was open. I walked around the whole store and saw no workers except in back of the pharmacy. The managers are rude and not useful at all.

Very slow and ineffective pharmacy. I've been there twice and every time takes them forever to fill the simplest order.

Absolute terrible service. Kelly at the pharmacy in particular is incompetent and rude. I'm switching to Safeway.

Today I came to CVS. At 1240 to buy a pack of smart water and a old lady works there she was on the phone talking with her family member I asked her to help me check out but she's hide in the back of the shelves and keep talking on the phone till done . Is that right while you at working time then did it to customer??? I always have a good experience time there except this time

I am deeply saddened and disturbed by the overtly racist behavior I encountered at a CVS store. The staff member(Maria De)'s attitude was not only unprofessional but also blatantly discriminatory. As a non-native English speaker, I was subject to rude and condescending remarks about my language abilities. The employee made it clear that they did not wish to communicate with someone like me, based on my racial background. This kind of racist treatment is unacceptable and should not be tolerated in any setting, especially in a customer service environment.I hope my feedback will encourage CVS to address this issue and ensure a welcoming environment for all customers, regardless of their race or language proficiency, are treated with respect and dignity.

It appears the most of the time the shelves are empty. Not very well stop. It also appears the main businesses for masutical prescriptions for the most part employees Always seem very unhappy, they never smile. My advice is don't even try to conversate with you. They seem numb to the world

Hell location. Service sucks in person, and on the phone. Understaffed and totally neglected. This place is awful. Should be shut down, can't provide good care, service.

Kids were sick. Coughing at 3am badly. Thank God they were open 24/7. Got the medicines I needed to get their fever down and coughing manageable. Store deserves more positive credit than what they have imo especially postCOVID.

I came here for my covid & flu vaccine. I did all the required documents online prior to my visit. Once I arrived I checked in via a link sent by text. They took my info at the counter and shortly after I received my vaccination. It was easy and fast! An added bonus is you get copies of your vaccination online through CVS.

Very clean CVS with a private parking lot. Took kid in for flu shot here. Practically no wait at pharmacy. No private room. Shots administered behind a screen. Service was fast.

Great reliable CVS that is open 24×7 which makes it VERY convenient! Customer Service is friendly and greets you as you enter the store.

Overall the store is ok. The excellent part is the pharmacists, they are very professional and very fast. Especially the Indian guy I think he is the leader, he definitely the best pharmacist in all my experience, a respectful guy. The reason I can’t give a five star is that I got flu shot. The nurse didn’t pinch my muscles and after that she didn’t tell me any necessary information about after flu shot like other nurses did. I post a photo which everyone can see she didn’t cover the part I got injected with the band-aid
