Third time I have come to get my prescription because of the time they said it would be ready and it is not. Last time the pharmacy clerk helpfully suggested that if I could not wait at least 20 minutes that I could come back another time. When I did, it had been returned to stock. They were also a disorganized mess and unsanitary about my vaccine appointment-- late and almost gave the wrong shot

The service in this pharmacy is terrible, I always get text saying that my prescription is ready for pick up, but when I get there they said is not ready and that I have to wait like 30 min. Also the woman is terrible at customer service , can't communicate the correct information. Seriously the worst pharmacy ever.

Please tell me why I got an automated call at 5:31pm to tell me that my prescriptions were ready for pickup, yet the pharmacy closed at 5:00pm? At this point I'd rather think it wasn't ready, than suffer in pain the entire night knowing it's there but I can't pick it up.

Can’t get my flu shot by walk-in at 9:00am today. Even the open hour for pharmacy is 9am-7pm, the staff told me they can only do flu shot between 10am -6pm. What is the reason???????????? I chose Walgreen since they can do it at 8:30am.

Pharmacists are nice, but not all the staff are. I always have to wait a while for my prescription even after I get notified that they’re ready. I’ve transferred a few prescriptions out of this pharmacy due to much higher prices and long waits.

CVS has been charging me ~$5.50 on a monthly basis for an extended period of time and I just now noticed. Apparently when a person agrees to getting a CBS card, you agree to a monthly fee as well. I should have noticed the monthly charge so it's my fault too, but this feels sleazy. CVS will no longer have my business ever. Shame on them.

Hey Pharmacist, The girl you have at the counter this morning that is supposed to be helping people is rude as hell. She acted like she does not want to be there nor wait on us, ZERO helpful, get rid of her a** and find someone who wants to work because clearly she is not giving good customer service by an means, she is rude as hell and I am going to report her to corporate as she should certainly not be in the position of helping anyone.
