Horrible and rude experience at the pharmacy. The pharmacist helping us, Tran was not at all in the mood to help out. We had booked the appointment for both covid and TDaP shots. First of all she straight up refused that there are any other vaccines booked as part of this appointment. Then when I showed her the confirmation email on my phone she refused to look at the phone. Maybe the only reason she got irritated was another vaccine was being requested. Then she finally agreed but ended up adding the TDaP vaccine manually to the order. Now for the payment I told her that I would like to use GoodRx coupon. She directly said “That doesn’t work”. when I said I have a coupon on my phone please try, then she went back to her system and said “I have the same coupon on my phone and I tried and it doesn’t work.” This was a straight up lie as I know that the GoodRx coupons work and they have worked at CVS as well. Technically pharmacies are obligated to honor GoodRx coupon. I ended up paying the full amount for the vaccine for which I was going to save 30%. Bad experience overall left a really sour taste. Won’t come here again for sure

Called off a day from work, went all the way to this store to pick up my order and the store manager whose name is Glady working morning shift this Sunday was supper sassy and arrogant to me. I showed her the orders' numbers and she said she could only give me one order when all of them were marked ready to pick up and she was having supper bad attitude to me. I even saw all of my orders stacked up in the order pickup section but she denied giving it out saying that it was the whole cvs problems. No apology was made and she put on her sassy face like I'm annoying her when I was only there for a quick pickup. She handed me the stuff with extremely bad attitude and did not even apologizing for ridiculously cancel my orders when they are literally right there and ready for pickup. She even pretend to be busy to make us leave. As soon as I left the store, she quickly canceled all of my orders. I cannot believe this is the manager of such a store like CVS.

I don’t know what the pharmacist problem is, but she was very rude. She told me she couldn’t fill my order until a later date. Then she said if I wanted to fill it , which I was confused as she said I couldn’t . So I asked “can I fill it because you just said I can’t” She said “it’s a yes or no answer I don’t need to hear anything else” “so yes or no” I let it go she told me to come back in 20 minutes, but then I got a message saying my prescription was ready so I went back and when the person working with her asked her if she wanted him to help me she said no because it hadn’t been 20 minutes yet. What does it matter if it hasn’t been 20 minutes yet? if it’s ready and you have people there ready to help why are you being so rude ? I’m definitely changing pharmacy … too much attitude for something so simple
