CrossFit Myo is an amazing gym that fosters a positive culture of inclusion and talent development. From the very beginning, every single person there from the coaches to the individual members are fun, welcoming, helpful, and most importantly motivating.No matter the time of day, weather, or any underlying circumstance, every single person that shows up to the class or open gym session is there to work and to better themselves and to better the community around them.Most importantly, the coaches (Eric, Blane, and Taylor) at CrossFit Myo are extremely dedicated to every member no matter what they are working on. Whether it is following the prescribed workout program or working on your own skills, all the coaches will constantly coach you through your exercises and provide critique to help you with your workout or lifts. The coaches are excellent with tremendous amounts of experience and expertise.CrossFit Myo is more than just a CrossFit gym, it is a family!

Love the vibes !! This is the place I look forward to go everyday. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, the community is welcoming, and the workouts are challenging yet rewarding. I've seen significant improvements in my strength and fitness since I joined. Highly recommended!!Cheers to the TRIO : Eric, Blane and Taylor !!

CrossFit Myo is amazing! The proof? Everyone in my family has been a member here because it's truly great.My daughter worked with Coach Taylor to improve her volleyball skills. Now she is a D1 college athlete.My son, who's in high school, took classes to improve at baseball and rugby and can't wait to return.My husband has been doing weightlifting here and became a National and Pan American champion in Olympic weightlifting in 2022.As for me, I've never done organized sports before, but Myo made me feel comfortable. I've been coming here for over two years, and I've never been in better shape.The three coaches, Blane, Eric, and Taylor, have different personalities, but they all genuinely love coaching and give individual attention.Myo offers two free classes, so try them out. I highly recommend this place, whether you're starting or have been working out for years.Also, for teens in sports who want to excel, take private lessons with one of the coaches.

We were visiting family for the week so we dropped in for a class with Eric and had a great experience. We already did the workout programmed for the day earlier that week at our home gym, so he was kind enough to let us do a different workout. We’ll definitely come back here whenever we’re in town.

The first thing I noticed when I joined Crossfit Myo was that they have a great student to teacher ratio. This means that the coaches actually have time to talk to every member and give them feedback and make sure everyone is moving safely. I didn't have much of a fitness background prior to joining Crossfit Myo so it was really important to me to get guidance and coaching to make sure I don't hurt myself.The membership price here is on the low end - every other Crossfit gym I searched in the Bay Area charges more. The quality of coaching here is on par with hiring a personal trainer so you're getting a really great value. The membership actually includes both Crossfit classes and olympic weightlifting classes - it's a really great deal. On top of all that, everyone gets their own rig with a taped off area that contains your very own personal equipment. You don't have to walk all around the gym looking for the plates you need. Everyone wipes down their equipment and the coaches mop in between every single class. This is by far the cleanest gym I've ever been to.The best thing about Crossfit Myo is the community. All the members were immediately friendly and welcoming. I've made a lot of friends here and we hang out both in and outside of the gym. It's a great motivator for me and this is the most consistent I've been at staying active, healthy, and strong.

I have been going to CrossFit Myo for over 7 years now. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and know every members strengths and weaknesses and tailor workouts accordingly. I cannot recommend CrossFit Myo enough.

Best CrossFit Gym in the Bay Area! I’ve been to a lot of boxes and CrossFit Myo is by far the best place to get great training, coaching, and meeting really supportive people. The group here is super friendly, supportive, and helpful not only in the gym but outside as well. We have three coaches at Myo and two teach each class. They all have different personalities and that’s what makes things awesome. They all push you to be your best with positive energy. The people at Myo really make it awesome! One of a kind group that will drive you to success, if you want to or just friends to joke and goof around with in class. Myo has classes that fits most people’s schedules at least but they also have open gym, barbell club, and Olympic weightlifting class. The moment my wife and I stepped in to CrossFit Myo, we couldn’t go anywhere else. It’s a great place to feel good and have a great workout.

This is the best CrossFit gym that I’ve been to! Eric, Blane, and Taylor are all very knowledgeable and take the take to make you feel welcome every single time you walk through the door. They will push you to work hard but also help you modify movements when needed. There is so much emphasis on technique and they’re all great at answering any and all questions! The gym itself is always clean and well organized. The community is encouraging to all and will cheer you on regularly. They offer a lot of open gym hours for those that can’t make the regular class times work. 10/10 recommend CrossFit MYO to people of all fitness levels!

Best gym to complain about how miserable you are, before leaving feeling great and looking forward to making yourself miserable again tomorrow.Coaches are dedicated to form and ensuring you know how to do the movements correctly - including scaling down for individual needs. I am not a professional athlete and always feel the environment is one where the goal is to get *my* best workout; there is never pressure to do more than you can, but always pressure to keep going when it gets to the mind over matter stage. (Fully aware sometimes you do that last burpee and then you live on the ground and there is no getting up.)For physical and mental fitness, this is where you want to be. (Even when you don’t want to go.)

The biggest, cleanest, most well run CrossFit gym I have ever been to over the past 10 years of my fitness journey. The coaches are invested in each member’s success across a wide range of goals (competition, weight loss, rehabbing an injury etc). The classes are well run and organized and the community as a whole is so welcoming and inviting whether it’s your first day or you’ve been cross fitting for years. Perfect for any and all skill levels.

The couches are awesome.They are very knowledgeable. I was afraid to give CrossFit a try but they scaled the workout to my fitness level, while making me feel comfortable. The experienced members also help support and motivate me to keep going. If you want a good workout, you’ll definitely get it here.

Eric, Taylor and Blane are amazing, deeply knowledgeable coaches. The classes are programmed very meticulously to ensure constant progress with scaling options to fit each individual. I would greatly recommend!

The only gym I have committed to 110%. My 1 hour a day at MYO has become a part of my routine and I am so thankful I gave it a try (years back). The community is unmatched, and i’ve tried multiple other CrossFit gyms to compare to.
