Rachel was very accommodating and made me feel at home. I appreciated that I could drop in for open gym and do my own thing. Although I didn’t participate in a class it was obvious that community and support is at the forefront of this gyms identity and they truly care about creating a safe, fun, and inclusive environment for all of their members. I’ll certainly be dropping in here whenever I’m in town moving forward. Thanks Rachel!

Working out at this gym has been amazing. The coaches are all very knowledgeable and willing to teach. Prior to crossfit, I didn’t know how to lift properly. Every coach has been supportive and approachable! The vibes here are great. Everyone that comes is friendly. I’ve seen an improvement in my strength, form and physique here…while building friendships all at the same time. Looking forward to more workouts.

I’ve been a member at CF Willow Glen for almost 3 years now and have loved it! The community is an amazing group of people making every WOD session a fun time. The coaches are also extremely knowledgeable about the sport and have helped me tremendously improve my performance. I would recommend the gym for anyone looking to improve their fitness and to be around a great group of people.

I’ve been a member of this box for a little over two years now and I plan to continue as long as I’m able! The coaches here are all knowledgeable, friendly, and encouraging. I usually get coached by Maddy and Justin as their classes tend to work best with my schedule. Prior to joining this gym, I had never been a huge gym goer and definitely hadn’t done anything close to what CrossFit is but all the coaches helped me develop the skills and strength overtime. I love getting my workouts in at CFWG!

I've been a CFWG member since 2017, and I've been coming back to this box all the time. The coaches are friendly and know what they are doing. It has a good atmosphere and a friendly environment. When you join this box, you will immediately feel that you are part of a community. If you're looking for a place to improve your mental and physical fitness while having fun, come and check this place. I am sure you're going to love it.

I’d been putting off CrossFit because of injury horror stories.. Xfit Willow Glen has trainers who help you get the form right at every stage.. Good trainers = great workouts :) Best decision ever!

I dropped in here a few times when I was visiting San Jose. The owner (Audra) is great - super friendly, nice and responsive. I mostly went to classes coached by Justin (except for one day when Maddy was covering for him) who was attentive and laid out a good structure. Friendly people, easy-going gym and they've got some cool T-shirts as well (I picked up the black one). I'll be back when I'm in the area again!

I've recently joined Crossfit Willow Glen through their Groupon Promo with a friend and we LOVED IT. We both ended up signing up! I've been doing crossfit for about 2 years and he is just beginning so this was a great environment to go together and where he felt comfortable. Great people, Great coaches, Great environment. The coaches assure everyone's safety during classes and always provide modifications if an athlete cannot do a specific movement along with progressions for athletes who are more advanced. Big open space, lots of equipment, and great outdoor setting. I highly recommend doing the Groupon Promo to try it out or a drop in if you are new to the Crossfit world. Health is Wealth so why not invest in something that will benefit you long term.Cheers!

I decided to try this place a few years ago, coming from a very sedentary life. I didn't know much about CrossFit, had never lifted a barbell, wouldn't dream of doing pull-ups or handstands, and definitely couldn't run more than 200m. I also always had pretty bad social anxiety and just the idea of committing to working out with the same people everyday was super scary and unsettling. But I'm so happy that I decided to leave all these thoughts at the door and give CFWG a try.Audra and all the coaches changed my life. In a few months I went from not liking gyms to attending classes 5 times per week (and waking up early to workout at 5am!). Everyone was so welcoming and I was happy to see the same people everyday! I lost about 20 lbs, gained social confidence, learned new fitness skills, felt stronger and discovered a love for sports that I would never had found if it wasn't for CFWG.I love this place and recommend it to everyone!!

Love this gym. I’ve been on a hiatus because of Covid and pregnancy, but before that I was a member for about seven years. I can’t wait to go back. Many of the members there are a close-knit group of people who have known each other for years. Audra, the owner, is amazing and welcoming to new members and very supportive when you need to modify workouts to fit your health/fitness needs. The sense of community helps motivate you to get through the tough workouts. It’s a great place to try out if you want to make a lifestyle change.

Was a drop visitor at CrossFit Willow Glen, trained here on two occasions. Found to be extremely welcoming, coach is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. To tell you the truth it felt like I have been training at Willow Glen for a years. Fantastic BOX love it there, hopefully I get to train here again on my next visit.
