Clean and newly remodeled. Bathroom is a plus. Machines are well kept and clearly identified if under repair. I'd recommend going early in the morning to have more machines available and cooler air Temps. Even with AC during hot days, the machines produce heat and can get warm inside.

With the New Management, this laundromat has now a "Touch of Class" newly repaired Restroom with nice flooring, new machines are being installed, walls are painted with white which make it appear really clean, floor is always clean. They have new wooden chairs at the lobby which make the customers feel relaxed while washing and drying clothes. Try it for yourself!

I dropped by to do laundry in the past few months and it was definitely RUNDOWN from what I knew it to be when I visited to do laundry with them in several yrs past (10yrs about). I hope they put their site together because it's a good one.It is not a bother but more a Luxury(sanitary and safety is a PLUS) for the site to not have a restroom; due to people in general not affording a care for property I think those would just be benefiting more than they make good with. Perhaps the site should consider to have a SELF CLEANING restroom added to the plaza for this 'need' to be met.

Working change machines. Wash sink available. Number of machines not working marked with tape. Not bad prices but many different sized machines are different prices. Got the job done after days of camping without showers. Would have loved to have WiFi available to determine more travel info. Just needs a little more love and cleaning!

We like the big washing machines here. You can fit like 3 large loads all in one. Dryers work great. You only need to spend like a $1 for the dryer. Clean place. 8:30pm last call to get your clothes in and done before closing. You can buy laundry soap and dryer sheets if needed there at reasonable price.

I think this is an average laundromat. It's true there is no bathroom, but there are two cafes right around the corner. It's also true that this is an old place, many machines were out of order, however I was able to do my laundry wash and dry without any problem. The owners were very nice though, I asked questions and they helped me out.

If I could give 0 starts I would. This laundromat is disgusting, run down, and straight trash! I would say 75% of the washers are broken and almost but near are all old. There was a man sitting down by the window not sure if he worked here or he was just someone sitting waiting for his laundry but he spit several times on the floor and no one said nothing!!!!!! Unsanitary to the max!!!!!!!!!!!!! Shut this place down!!!!!!!

I was really hoping that this would be my new go-to laundromat, but unfortunately, my experience here was not good. This location is closer to the laundromat that I usually go to which is a plus. Another added plus is that there are several dessert places in this plaza with an added bonus of having The Kickin' Crab in the same plaza! Location-wise, this is a very convenient place for me. Parking is decent and there are a few trees around if you want some shade to hide under. Another pro about this place is that it is fairly clean. They have a sink, but they had no more towels to dry your hands off with. I suspect it is because there aren't as many people at this location compared to the one I usually go to. Unfortunately, there are too many cons about Cropley Laundromat. They only have small carts to put your laundry in, so if you have a big basket, you'd have to put it sideways. I also noticed that there were multiple machines that were out of order and sure enough, one of the dryers I used didn't work. Even their soap dispenser was out of order! I lost 50 cents from dryer #21 because the coins were stuck and wouldn't go all the way down nor was I able to take them back out from the dryer machine. Unfortunately, dryer #21 wasn't labeled as "out of order." Another con about this place is that there is no staff inside to manage the laundromat in case something happens. Since it was only 50 cents, I didn't bother calling them, but the experience just didn't sit well with me. It would be great if they had a restroom in case you need to use it while waiting for your laundry, but this laundromat doesn't have one. This laundromat is a bit run down and the machines are old but overall clean. A big inconvenience I found was not being able to use pay using my credit card or contactless pay. All of their machines required coins. They do have a coin machine which you can exchange dollar bills with, but it would be nice to have more options of payment like some other laundromats. Another big turn-off was that the prices here are higher than the laundromat I go to. For example, the dryer here costs 25 cents/5min whereas the other place costs 25 cents/6 min. Their wash (same machine as the other place) costs $3.50/wash whereas the other place costs $2.50/wash. After weighing the pros and cons of Cropley Laundromat, I decided that this will not be my go-to laundromat.
