If you want to give your money away and not get serviced the way you should go here and ask for Andrea and Axel they are the person’s to go to they backup each other and won’t help the customer and use your personal information to be sarcastic and petty i had the worst experience at this location and i been a customer of cricket for 9 years now and this is the first time i walked in and left the same way i went in with no help or my issue resolved Andrea the manager so unprofessional and won’t listen to the customer even though the phone was inspected by apple they still kept saying it was the phone and just took my money i wasted almost a week and still no line and no solution from the store where i purchased the line..

Came to this location because I was having issues with my phone getting service. Asio greeted me and spent the next hour with me getting my phone working. Asio was great at explaining what was going on (because I'm not tech savvy in the least). An hour later my phone was working! Definitely recommend this location!
