First off Bad customer service go somewhere else After paying $500 for LCD screen and battery replacement 3 days later had issues with the screen turned black 2 times out of nowhere. Came back and let them know rudely responded as if I was making shit up “I need proof as it’s working right now” we can fix but “ need proof”
lol why is this even happening 3 days after “fixing” obviously something is not right
Never again and I will be letting community members how this place is being ran
There only nice the first time if u have issues after expect them to disregard you
With the money spent here I should just bought a brand new phone for the amount for the them to “fix” and have on going issues my screen will go all black like the video randomly then come on a few minutes later and by the time I take it back it’s already working. Yet they can’t do anything because “it’s working “

Aaron replaced my charging port on my note 20. I had my phone back in under two hours. The price was good , and the customer service was excellent. This place is 10 stars in my book!!

Awesome customer service. Great communication. Super honest and won't just push you into unnecessary services. 10/10 would come back even though they couldn't help us this time around (phones fault not theirs) I'd still choose their services before going anywhere else.

My young son has dropped a few high ticket items over the years, and when it first happened I would go to the big repair chain where the cost to repair was almost always a shock. When his PS5's HDMI port went on the fritz the cost to repair it was seriously crazy. I'm glad it was now because it forced me to shop around and find CPR on Camden in San Jose. Their prices are very reasonable and Aaron is a knowledgeable, friendly tech with great turn around times. Often times his repairs actually prevent re-breakage.
So iPhones, iPads, PS5's, and anything else that gets broken in our house will only be taken to CPR going forward.

Aaron got my phone working perfectly. I thought my charge port needed to be replaced and was expecting to pay over $100. He diagnosed the problem as excess dirt and build up in the port. He cleaned it thoroughly along with the speaker and microphone grills. Phone works great, charging again. He saved me money on a port change AND new phone! Highly recommend.

Great Service Fare Prices $380 to replace my Galaxy 23 screen. took 2 day. 1 day to receive my part, 4 hours repair. Thank you Guys so much. Rent is Due and I definitely need my phone fully functional.

I never leave reviews but this shop was exceptional and deserves one. My phone screen froze and they were the cheapest in the area for a solution. They ended up doing more on my phone and did not change me extra. Both guys in there were great. God bless you both

Super friendly professional place. I called after getting my phone charging port cleaned at another location. Let them know I thought I needed a new port. They informed me that they would like to clean it and if they can't fix it then order the part and take the cleaning off of the part price. So right up front straightforward with me and all the price and things to look forward to 5 minutes in and my phone was charging and working great. Had like a gram of concrete dust grinder, dust and pocket lint. I was helped by Aaron. Great tech! Thank you guys!

Took it in to fix my screen and my camera and he did the screen only and it had scratches on it and lied that my phone ran out of battery and that he couldn’t test out my camera but when I got home my phone turned on and it was on 14% and my camera was still f’d up!!!Too expensive and didn’t even work on my camera! Technician doesn’t work on it 100% he rip people off!!!
