Excellent service!
The positive reviews about this tire center were spot on. I made the trip from Oakland specifically because of their reputation, and I'm beyond glad I did. My Tesla Model 3 requires a keycard to operate, but unfortunately, mine had become demagnetized. Thankfully, I was able to use the Tesla app on my phone. However, due to liability concerns, Costco wouldn't use phone keys for Teslas.
Fortunately, the manager, Nathan, was incredibly resourceful and helped us find a solution. Thanks to his efforts, we got our tires changed without any further hassle. I can't recommend this place enough!

The cashier name "Beverly S" is very rude. She looks at me like I don't even had the money to pay, give me the side eye, throw my stuffs and treat me like a piece of garbage, but treat the lady in front and behind me so nice because they are white! Is it because I am asian? What a racist. shouldn't even work with customers. Not gonna come to this location again. To "Beverly S " especially; if I come to your store, it means that I can afford for it".

This review is for the tire center at the great oaks location.I purchased 4 Michelin tires two weeks ago, transaction went smooth and install was fine. Besides them breaking one lug nut but this isn't about that. There was a $40 off promotion at the time for purchasing all 4 that was applied. Unfortunately I had a flat yesterday running over a huge piece of metal and took it to the location this morning for replacement thinking my road hazard warranty would cover it. They ended up telling me I had to pay the difference since I purchased it at a discounted price but told me they would give me credit for what I paid for. I honestly thought this was so wrong since it has only been two weeks and why couldn't they just honor the difference. Nobody wants to make a fuss of a couple of dollars but I can't help but think this was fucked up so I just had to bring it up. The supervisor Bryan ended up explaining it's because I only had one flat and over the phone told me it's basically at Michelin price now..... I'm just gonna leave that there.. I mean did you expect me to have all four flats... anyways I went to get my car and after being told it's in the lots nearby and walking to find it, I ended up going back and it literally was nowhere nearby. Bryan asked the other workers who parked the car and one of them said "Danny did" but nobody could remember where.... Okay.. And they all seemed irritated. And if you know anything about customer service I feel like it was done on purpose. The supervisor Bryan ended up going to find my car and told me it was parked "stupid far since there was no parking nearby", drove it back, and I apologized for the trouble but honestly I just think it's messed up. So this is for anyone who's wondering if the warranty is covered, there's limitations to it even after dropping a whole bunch of money. I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but with this situation and all the loopholes... just don't make no sense. Especially for parking my car super far on-top of it. Anyways thanks for the initial install two weeks ago but they're so wrong for giving me the run around.

Every tire shop would say they cannot bit Costco prices but I bet you they can bit them in service and in expertise. this is my second bad experience with this Costco tire shop.I was in need of two tires and in this economy saving got the best of and I summited to a lower service. Couple of hours after i got my car back my tire pressure sensor went on that did not go away for several days. When i went to the shop, they check the sensors, the two old tires showed low air, the new two tiers were over inflated. That is what the technician told me. their sensor checking equipment could get a reading from the old tires and not the new tires. with his help, we adjusted the pressure but right after that he could not get any reading for all tires and he told me the sensor batteries, all 4 of are bad and they charge $15 to replace each one. I am sure whatever happened is their wrong doing. how could all 4 sensors go bad at the same exact time after they worked on the car. The first reading he got, the two new tires they sold me showed at 40 psi when it should have been to 35 as he claimed. the book says 32 psi.very unsatisfied with their service since he did not take responsibility for their wrong doing. Soon I am up for a tire rotation, I am debating if I should trust them with that and TPMS light is still on.:(

I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the outstanding service and follow-up I received at your store. In an industry often characterized by indifference, your team truly stood out. I appreciate the proactive approach/phone call to correct mistake from other Costco tire center regarding to tire inventory. This enable me to change my broken run flat tire on same day. Thank you!

Highly recommend using Tire Center here! I was helped by Vinnie and Myers these past 3 weeks for my car tires and they were really helpful with recommending tires for my hybrid. Thank you!

Super rude on the phone. I asked about walk ins for my husband who got a flat. Anything I said got a negative response. Sounds like they’re too busy and don’t want to help anyone.

This is my local Costco that I go to every two weeks or so for groceries, pharmaceutical items, gas, and a tire air pumping station. It opened in 2016 so it's relatively new. I like how clean it is and they always have what I need. I have to say I've encountered some crazy/aggressive drivers in the parking lot. I distinctly remember trying to back out of the tire air pump area and one man almost hit me at full speed because he couldn't wait for the car in front of him to move. That was a scary incident.Other than that, though, the Costco warehouse has friendly store associates and well-stocked aisles. I will continue to come here.

7+ hours and 900$ for 4 tires. Never again. Costco tire sucks and you’re better off going to any downtown garage like I usually do, but the emergency happened half a mile away from here so I gave then a try and regret it so much. I showed up at 6:45am and I was 5th in line by the way. Any downtown garage would have been 300 max and 20-45 min. Customer service and the workers, nothing wrong I hope they don’t get in trouble for this or anything. Helpful and kind and patient with my problems but again, 7+ hours and 900$. Costco tire center overall, prices, wait time, 0 stars and workers 5 stars.

Our family love going to this Costco location. It's a bit of a drive from where we live (San Jose) and there a few Costcos closer to us but we definitely prefer this one.In my opinion, it's very spacious, they tend to be well stocked and have more newer products in store.Parking is also as spacious and tend to be more available. Another factor is their gas station. Every time we come by, it's not a long wait and there are many stalls available.

So as friends, family and Co-Workers (Yeah Jodi, Chris and Jenn I am talking about you!) ) will attest we have a obsession with Costco. So much so we have a set of Costco Rules we live by (after the review). So to be clear we violated Rule #3 Avoid the weekends like the plague and yep it was super crowded, packed with small kids that were running amok like it was a playground, people losing their minds because the poor lady manning the sample stage had to actually cook whatever it was, and a special shout out to that guy that cut me off not once but twice as he was so anxious to get that sample. It is set up much the way almost every one is setup, electronics by the entrance, the center area is filled with seasonal items, furniture, and clothes, and the rest of the U shape is filled with household items, food, baked goods, then medicines etc.1) NEVER EVER go in hungry. That 25 gallons of dill pickle chips is much easier to resist on a full stomach.... true story there.2) Avoid the free samples. People seem to lose their minds with this stuff. They abandon carts with crying babies, block isles, etc all to get that tiny portion of hummus. I have been shoved aside by someone desperate to get a free piece of cheese. Honestly I have seen more dignity from actual starving people in a disaster zone but I digress.3) Avoid the weekends like the plague.4) See #15) Go often. Costco uses alot of psychology and the fear of missing out is one of them. Odd items you must have pop up then go never to return. I CAN'T MISS OUT AGGGGGGG6) Know your codes: At Costco any price ending in 0.97 means it has been marked down. Any price that is not a 0.99 or .97 such as say 0.49 means it has a manufacturers discount. and price with an * on it means its done and will not be reordered so stock up. If it ends in a .00 or a 0.88 a manager has reduced the price at that location to clear it out.7) When in an unfamiliar city head to the Costco. They always stock local items you can't find at yours (like two pounds of single origin Kona coffee for 30.00 at the Kilaua / Kona store etc.) and have cheap gas.
