I usually avoid writing negative reviews, but the Costco tire center definitely earned this one. If you're considering getting new tires, I would strongly advise against going here. To keep it brief, they didn’t change my tires, left the lug nuts loose, and my back left tire ended up flat. On top of that, their communication about reserving my tires was extremely poor. Fortunately, I asked, or I would have been left in the dark. I should also mention that they never pick up the phone, which only adds to the frustration.

- I waited for 3 weeks for my tire order. They did not contact me even if the tire was ready.
(I called multiple times and found out my tire is already ready)
-Right after i dropped my car for replacement, i got text message saying "Thank you for having your vehicle serviced at Costco today, your vehicle is ready to be picked up." which is obviously wrong.
Total chaos.

I have an emergency: a tire has pop. Now I have been refused service because they are “closing in 20 minutes". I think I'll cancel my membership.

Bought tires for 2 cars with Costco. The only thing that sucks is that if maintenance is needed (nail in tire), all of a sudden, there are no walk-ins available, even if getting to the tire center at 7:45am... I had just had my tires checked through Costco as my tire light went on, and I was informed that no nails were found at pick up. Two weeks later, my tire light turns on again... obviously, something is wrong with the tire, and the mechanic here missed it. I do not feel safe with the tire being this way. Now I have to take it to a regular shop that is not Costco... my husband and I are about to get new cars, and this has made us rethink purchasing tires with Costco. Not happy.

They had to order my tires and told me it would take 10 days. They were very quick in taking my money. 2 weeks later they did not contact me at all. When i call to inquire, nobody pick up the phone. When i was finally able to talk to someone they told me it would take another 3 weeks to get an appointment to install my tire. At yhis point i wanted a refund which they made me come in person. This whole ordeal was a waste of time.I would not recommend this place to anyone.

They helped me find tires within my budget, order them, and set up an appointment for when my tires came into the shop. My appointment was 11 AM and they acknowledged it - finished my tire replacement (full set) before I even finished lunch around 1 PM. (It’s pretty busy/ well trafficked and they usually only have 1-2 people managing the tire center front desk, so sometimes you gotta wait in line a bit, but not more than half an hr, the line can move pretty fast.) Great group and great service
