I buy everything for my business there but I had a very bad experience with customer service. When they were building the gas station at Costco bussines some of the debris damaged one of the tires on my SUV. I immediately went to show the damage. They took photos, made me fill out a form and said they would pay for the damage. It never happened, I paid 150 dollars

It's not a shopping store for normal household. The selection is limited for business only.
No food court, clothing, winery, or bakery here
The gas station is large, but it's very inconvenient. They locked the entrance from Capitol Expressway and you must drive through the crowned parking lot of the complex in order to arrive to gas stations (?) Not very logical for the store name "business"! Shop other stores

I only go to business ctr when I need to get stuffs in bulks for large gatherings, especially their halal meats. It’s great that they’re now carrying Crescent brand hand-slaughtered hormone-free halal chicken too(I wish they carry Crescent brand chicken leg quarters by the case too though!). Their items are always fresh until I saw mouldy Tillamook cracker cuts cheese today, 21st Oct. The expiration date is 2025 but it’s clearly mouldy. I didn’t really check other items in the chiller section other than meats and cheese though.
Everything else in the store seems good but Maria who is stationed at the entrance/exit checking our membership card/receipts could use a bit of a smile esp to the minority & religiously visible customers!

Was not aware the side to get gas is blocked off. Don't try to go through the shipping/receiving side. It is now blocked off. Go through the front warehouse side.

Great people, they dont have a lot of stuff on the floor while you are shopping, which helps with getting in and out fast. The problem lately is inventory.
4 stars because there is a guy there with a deep voice, who's very rude. I usually bring my cart all the way back regardless of where I parked, one day I walked all the way back from.where i parked which was pretty far, andrhis guy literally grabbed the car out of my hands and didn't even say thank you! When he is on register, same thing he is just ao rude. Idk why he is still there! But besides him great people there!

Always fully stocked and short lines! No Food court and no gasoline, and does not carry all of it's Kirkland products. Other than that I love it for a quick costco run :)

I am just a consumer so this place isn't of any need for me. Glad we have the gas station. Wish it had a food court!

This is one of the most convenient Costco business locations. They have an amazing variety of products which speaks well for their merchandising strategy to cover both consumers and businesses equally well.
They do have a new gas station which has opened with multiple Lanes and adequate filling stations. The only issue is accessibility to this location is limited from the warehouse side as the other entrance is always blocked. I understand from one of the discussion forums this was because of the city's mandate. It does not look like the city wants to give any consumer or citizen the right to use an entrance which is convenient! They always want to make it tough. :-)
So I would advise patrons to make sure that they go inside the warehouse parking lot to access the gas station instead of entrance from the Capitol expressway side.
There is an added convenience in the premises because of the additional stores such as Starbucks and Xfinity located there.

I have found that this Costco Business has the merchandise that my Family's new Favorite snack is the Ocean's Halo Wasabi & Sea Salt Variety pack Seaweed Snack. So now I know where I will be getting our Seaweed Snack from now on ?.
