I love to come here for Christmas gifts and stocking stuffers. It's a good place to look for Christmas tree ornaments. The store is full of unique items from around the world. I especially like the food, stacks, chocolates, coffee & tea section. If you're a Doctor Who fan, you may find your Jelly Babies candy here. I also love trying the different Keogh's potato chips. There is plenty of parking at this location and the staff have always been nice.

The selection is pretty good. However, I did not like their service during my time there on Sunday. The cashier with glasses and a beard was working around closing hours. He had the nerve to say this to me and my brother: "next time, you guys need to pay together." First off, we usually pay separately. Second, why the hell was he ordering me around?Awful treatment from the cashier. He was also silent on me the moment it was my turn. Awful treatment.

The store and selection are great.However, the cashier was rude to me and my partner despite witnessing his pleasant behavior to the customers before and after us.Throughout the interaction, he was glaring and barking at us, then threw the basket on the ground after scanning our products.Unsure whether it was targeted.

They carry a wide variety of food selections and other home goods, and I loved my little adventure of discovery.There are a lot of different varieties in chocolate bars, jams, noodles, soda drinks and teas. Trying a few items for the first time.Friendly staff. What an incredible shopping experience at world market!

I have always liked this store. Polite and courteous staff, nice selection. And most of all, my favorite incense shop. I bought incense, where it says that there will be 7 smells. I end up with 6, where's my pine smell? it's just not there. this made me very upset.

I went to this location today evening and I had the worst experience I’ve had in a World Market ever! The cashier, who was an elderly male was very rude to me from the start. I unloaded my basket to be helpful and he seemed to be getting agitated at that. What appalled me the most was that he asked me to put my phone number if I “even had any” and when I didn’t, he said “that’s what I thought”! I’m not sure what caused him to be condescending towards me but I felt very disrespected. Don’t go to this location if you want to have your day ruined!

This happened on 5/13/23, but better late than never, right? Life got in the way, so here it is:I brought my 4 items (planter pot, tea rests, hanging decor/doodad) to the counter manned by Jo C., who is one of THE most unpleasant beings that ever existed. But I didn't know of this fact until I put my items on the counter and she wrapped them up haphazardly. For instance, I had 2 ceramic tea rests that she wrapped together NOT taking any care to put paper in between to separate them, potentially causing the top one to scratch the bottom one. So I decided to re-wrap these items so that paper was between them, and not 3-4 seconds go by when Jo C. says "ARE WE GONNA WRAP OR ARE WE GONNA PAY?" Yep, she said it just like that. To say that I was shell-shocked was an understatement. So I bided my time, because I'm a patient human being. After the transaction went through, I then said to her "Here's some advice: Be Kinder To Your Customers. You brusquely said to me 'ARE WE GONNA WRAP OR ARE WE GONNA PAY?'". You should've seen the look on her face - she looked as if I witchslapped her. She then sputteringly retorted with "I AM KINDER". Again, she shouted that in my face. It's funny how deluded some beings are, not ever looking at themselves in the mirror. Jo C., I'll let your other customers and your fellow employees be the judge of the last thing you said to me (your retort). I decided to look into the 1-star and the 2-star reviews for your store, and yep, the majority of the complaints were about YOU. You need to shape up 'cuz NO ONE likes a mean old witch. You gotta stop being rude, snippy, temperamental and impatient - but most of all STOP YELLING.
