I'm so glad to be in business with Cortron systems for my office. On top of being a local family business to support, their prices were the most fair, and their customer service, after service, technical issues, ordering replacement product, as well as their trusty rep DEVON are all top notch. Upon many competitions and phone calls I wasn't too interested in, Devon showed up to my actual office looking clean and fresh. I wasn't too keen on thinking potential loitering, but his presentation slowly sold me over and his trustworthy demeanor made me feel I can rely on him. And am I glad I listened to my gut instinct! Devon always went above and beyond for ALL my needs and questions with instant responses, and was eager to help and solve everything. Any technical issues we had, he team-viewed and solved. Any questions, he answered via text and phone. He sold me on his company, carried and came to do the actual installation of the Xerox itself, set up everything for ALL the computers, teamviewed to do further installation on more computers at home, explained any questions I had... he was a one man team and I salute him for that! Which is why I'm writing this lengthy review, because he and his team deserve it! 5* and beyond for Devon and Cortron Systems, I wholeheartedly recommend their service and business!

I can't begin to describe how amazing this family owned organization is. I needed a new printer and IT person to come in and help me get set up after I had no response from my previous vendor. I started looking for a new company and I made an appointment with Cortron for them to come out and look at what my needs for a printer were. Devon came out, he was wonderful. Articulate, and focused only on what our needs were, within 1/2 hour of him being here I knew this was the company I wanted to have a relationship with. I have been so extremely satisfied with everything they have done for me and my business. Delivered my new printer, set it up, done. I had computer issues, called and talked to Tracey and she sent Ed, he had everything fixed immediately, several times. Carl and the rest of his staff are the best! I would HIGHLY recommend Cortron Systems to anyone looking for a company who's attention to detail and immediate response is the best! Thank you Cortron for everything!!

We were having trouble with our printer making a loud noise and issues printing, took it down to this nice family owned and operated business where they diagnosed the issue and let us know what was going on as well as fix it for us. Great communication back and forth and a great turnaround and competitive pricing. Would definitely reccomend and go again if I have any printer issues in the future.

This family owned business is the best, They answer the phone, WOW that is big today, No hiding behind voicemail, That is what customer service is all about. Rarely do I have problems with the copier, But when I do, they are on it faster than lightning.. Love you guys....

This company is hands down the best. Friendly staff, excellent service, and unbeatable prices. I had important documents that needed to be printed out for a conference meeting, and my printer was out of toner. I called Cortron and a technician was out within the hour.

I had a school project my printer was out of ink i searched google and found cortron i gave them a call and they had the ink on hand and i was able to pick it up the same day staff is very friendly would recommend

We are extremely happy with the service we receive from Cortron Systems. They strive to respond quickly to service requests, emails and phone messages. Devon is very professional and attentive to our requests and goes above and beyond for us. Our lease recently expired and we upgraded our copier. Not only did we receive better pricing but the installation was as smooth as it possibly could be. Cortron arrived on time and worked closely with our IT consultant to ensure everything was working before they left. Great staff, great company, and I am happy that we are using them for our copier needs.

This company was really helpful and friendly. Even though they sell Xerox Copiers they were able to help me with find toners for my HP desktop printers and for a great price. I will continue to order my toners with them. we are even thinking about obtaining a larger copier for the office.

This company is a scam. We have a small business, we were told that the machine we bought was high efficient and would be able to handle our load with no problems. 6 months after buying the machine, we had to start buying new parts. This consistently happened for next 6-7 months we kept it until it finally DIED after 1 year! We threw away THOUSANDS of dollars for maintenance work and toners. This company is a scam and I highly advise AGAINST buying one of their machines. Y ou will be very sorry you did.
The only good part about this company is their good customer service. Meaning, the receptionist Tracy is very cheery and bright and helpful.
