Melissa at Cornerstone Title Company and I just closed a transaction successfully. With the amazing support of her team members, Blair and Shabnum, we surmounted all the problems which arose ( as they always do even after my 43 years of being in Real Estate). I cant thank her enough for her knowledge, patience, and problem solving ability. All this coupled with patience, needed sense of positivity and humor. Cornerstone Title is truly awesome! Shabnum is a superstar! She was on top of everything, calling at critical points, and making sure that everyone was aware of any changes. Melissa is a rock star! From a Realtor’s perspective, when escrow officer is one step a head of you, that’s the one you want to work with! This team worked together to make each transaction smooth! Highly recommend!

I would give them -5 stars if I could. This company is unorganized. I signed every document the day I received them, and even with that they somehow only gave me 2 business days to wire my money to close the deal on a house. This was an issue because my bank was having issues with the wire, but that means there was no cushion time even if I finished all my documents early. I may potentially lose out thousands of dollars because of their incompetence. My assigned escrow agent, let's call her Willie. She never picks up our calls and is near impossible to contact her during times of need. My advice: let buyers wire money sooner and not two business days.

I just recently closed on a property and I must say this is the most unorganized title company I've dealt with. I had to sign some docs that were missed from the initial close sitting. Plus, it appears they were supposed to call me before my closing to provide wiring instructions (because I needed to close quickly). No one bothered to. I was quite upset about their service and this is not the first house I have purchased, so I have some experience.

After many years with another title company I finally started using Cornerstone because of their great rep, Kelly Collishaw and their very knowledgeable escrow officer, Maria Tran. Both have given our clients excellent service and are always available to answer any and all questions.

I have used Cornerstone Title in many occasions, and they have always done a fantastic job! They are very professional, attentive to detail. They ensure that each transaction goes smoothly until the close. Kerry Roark has been my "go to" girl at Cornerstone, and she is a rock star! Definitely the only and best Title company around!
