My printer stopped printing black ink all of a sudden and I tried everything I could to get it working again. It didn't work, so I called these guys. The guy who answered the phone diagnosed the potential problem quickly and told me the nozzle head probably was clogged from not using genuine ink and not printing a document at least once a week. He told me to try the automatic cleaning a few times in a row before getting the nozzles replaced, because one time wouldn't be enough. Did it and it worked! He also gave me tips on how to prevent this in the future. They are very helpful and honest, definitely recommend this place!

I had these folks out to repair a bad scanner on a Konica Minolta BizHub C35 nearly a year ago. Instead of repairing the printer, they elected to replace it. The new printer was allegedly tested, but the ADF doesn't work and the unit will not stay on a LAN for more than 48 hours. Repeated calls for warranty service have been met with promises of call-backs that never happen. Sometimes calls to the office or repair tech phones land in a voice mailbox that is "full". Mostly it seems that this company hopes once they've got a customer's money, the customer will go away. This company does not stand behind its work, and does not even respond to requests for service.

I must say it's upsetting to follow-up 5x when I requested to order toners back in September 10, 2019. Although Emilio Tecson was helpful enough to take care of my request, I'm wondering why it took until December 26, 2019 to have them delivered to the office. I waited 3 months and that's terrible for business. I am dissatisfied with the poor customer service from Alex Lopez and Johanna Cuellar who were my only people of contact and failed to get back to me.

Waste of time. Person answering the phone couldn't understand plain English, no one available who could, no one to answer even a simple yes/no question. My advice: Don't bother.

I took my printer in and Javier Lopez fixed it. It was ready the next day. He fixed it fast and for $65 dollars, a reasonable price. I will come back to this business for any further printer repairs.

I called this company to help with printer service at my office.Too bad they wouldn't pick up the phone or return my calls. Ended up calling another service to help and got taken care of same day.

I desperately needed an emergency repair on a Lexmark laserjet, for a huge volunteer project running over the holidays. I called at 5:30 PM on December 23rd, so this was right on the brink of the holidays. Alex picked up my call and although they were "closed", he graciously allowed me to bring it in. Then he made extra effort to return it to us by noon the next day, Christmas Eve. He patiently explained the problem, advised us on how to avoid it in the future, and minimally charged us. Then he proceeded to tell us which high-output printers were best for our purposes, which "used" ones are highly sought and use less expensive cartridges, then ours. Alex is the professor of printers! I highly recommend him.
