These guys messed up my taxes SO bad. I had to pay IRS and state fines. They did my taxes for 3 years and didnt even file half of the stuff they were supposed to. They didnt answer my calls and textx for many months. And when I go back, they acknowledge the damage yet ask me to pay -again- to redo my taxes? I can see many people coming in here because of their financial choice and perhaps limited understanding of taxes and the english language. and these people are taking advantage of the innocent.Find yourself someone else. You wont know how expensive "cheap" is till you have to fix expensive damages.

I just got my taxes done from Celilia and she is amazing. She is an expert and is highly knowledgeable. With the new child tax credit I received for 2021 I thought I'd only be getting a small amount back. She looked over all my paperwork and my expenses for the year and found information I had missed. If I had done my taxes myself I'd would have underreported my expenses and lost thousands. For now on I'm going to Cecilia for my taxes. I highly recommend using community tax services she knows what she is doing and will get it done right. Thank you so much Cecilia for your help.

HANDS DOWN THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS I have brought everyone I know from friends to family and literally everyone at my work place to her and not one person has left her disappointed.. EVER! I'm telling you if you're getting your taxes done somewhere else you're just wasting your time and money. Cecilia is the best and everyone that has gone to her can agree at all cost. she is always in a great mood and always makes sure you leave satisfied with a smile on your face. Stay away from this awkward place. Cecilia is rudest and unprofessional tax preparer that I have ever met. The day I went to get my tax was horrible from the time I got checked in to the time I interacted with her. You even can't ask her any questions about your tax. She said " you can't question me, I know what I am doing". I got she didn't want to help me at all. She was the worst person I would trust to do my tax. She has absolutely no manner what so ever. She just know the money. There is no reason to charge with high amounts of money for horrible service. Very unprofessional and bad manner.

Cecelia is too good. She knows tax filing in and out. She had been handling our taxes in the last 5 years and we had been receiving refunds every year. We recommend her to anyone looking for a good refund.
