“I LOVE the daily group fitness classes. Mark who does the 6:15 am TRX and spinning classes from Tuesday to Friday daily is AMAZING! He is the reason we all get to the gym everyday at the break of dawn. He is so great at what he does. We should have his class 7 days a week at that time.Pam who trains on Body Pump and Spinning is another great trainer. Love her class and her commitment to making it fun and engaging.”

“Wow, the Japanese American Museum is amazing. Though it's not huge, there's a lot to see. There's information and photos from J-town in the past. The 442nd regimental combat team with their motto "Go For Broke". They were the most decorated combat team in WWll. They rescued "The Lost Battalion" from Texas. There's a lot of information and photos from the internment of Japanese Americans, including a replica of an internment barrack. There was also a Kimono exhibit when I went, but I think that the exhibit is over now. There's also a section on Redress with information and photos. It was very touching to tour the museum and I'd recommend that you visit the museum!!”

“decent gym, good amount of machines, weights, and cardio. I never really bothered to go to the pool. My only issue with this place is that people keep leaving the weights in the wrong spots, or they just straight up leave em on the floor, like, how are you that lazy lmao”

“I had an excellent experience with Good Karma Bikes. My kids grew out of their 24" Trek Precalibers so after they upgraded I wanted to find a good place to donate the older rides - because they weren't doing any good for anyone sitting unused and taking up space in our garage. I found Good Karma Bikes online, reviewed their donation specs on the website to confirm they would take what we had, called (and listened to the recorded message reiterating what I already knew and pointing me back to the website) and I headed over. Good Karma Bikes couldn't be closer Diridon Station - they are directly across Montgomery Street from its picturesque front facade and lawn. Their showroom was full of high quality bicycles and others being lovingly restored. I brought our bikes inside and straightaway a very kind staff member told me they were both "lovely" and "they'll make 2 kids very happy." This filled my heart with joy and confirmed for me I was in the right place. She took some info, handed me my tax receipt and I was back on my way. Easy peasy. I love the work that the great employees and volunteers at Good Karma Bikes are doing. Amazing!”

“I love this neighborhood post! Friendly people, good prices, and enjoyable atmosphere. There's a jukebox with a verity of music. Occasionally events that serve food! But always have chips and snacks available. Bartenders are always welcoming and attentive. I would recommend this place for events, a place to meet new friends, gather with friends and family! You should inquire about becoming a member to this veterans post! ( if you have family members that served) becoming a member to Post 791 is an excellent way to show your support and appreciation for their service and become a member and join a great community that becomes your family!”

“If you are looking for a tree nursery with a diverse selection of LARGE trees, look no further. This is a non profit business, so your purchase is actually a donation. I actually have been trying to come here for some time 1) LOCATION: This place is located right near the airport. So you have trees flying over you which is somewhat of a nuisance if you are trying to talk to someone and are hard of hearing! The trees are nicely organized and you can even down load the availability sheet before you come. They update the sheet pretty often, so you get a good idea of what's available before you go. 2) TREES & PRICE: Quality: Hands down quality for the price. Everything looked pretty healthy. I didn't see any diseased trees, and there were no dry or dead/ weeping trees. They are organized and there are so many!! Usually when you go to a nursery, you tend to see a lot of plants and just a handful of trees. Not only are there a ton of trees (see the list), they are massive compared to trees in other nursery's. Price: WOW!! Such great prices. They ask for a donation of 80-100 per tree, which is a lot less than some of the other nursery trees we have picked up. Typically you pay anywhere between $170-350 for a tree similar to the on ones in the tree lot. Not only are they great prices the trees are around 9' tall for some of the bigger ones. Same price. The only bummer is that it is only open to the public Thur-Friday, between 8-12. It makes it hard to get in there with such a small window.”

“This is a best place to go with entire family and enjoy gardening. We learnt about planting seeds and replanting the plants. It's open only on three days a week. Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. We learnt that egg shells will be integrated into chicken feed to increase the calcium in chickens. We can harvest some of the veggies at the end of our time.”

“I worked there and my picture my be on the wall for working there over ten years. I'm a advocate for social justice. This is the home if social justice for many in the Santa Clara county. Any service tho is like a chain. It's only as good as its weakest link. So sometimes you can have exceptional staff and those that aren't don't last too long. It's hard to be on the side of social justice especially now with the desparity and injustices around the world.I recommend supporting this organization. Volunteer, donate, or apply for work. Any contribution truly can change a life for good. Sometimes possibly even save someones life. Y.E.S. you..”

“My friends and I went for the Little Italy Street Festival held on 2nd Oct. It featured food vendors from Italian restaurants in mostly downtown. Was expecting some arts and crafts vendors too but this was mostly a food event. There were vendors from Pesaro, Bibos, Locando Sorrento, Lafenice diNapoli pizza, gelato,Gelato, polenta etc. By far the biggest lines were outside the diNapoli pizza cause they were churning them out hot and fresh. I did think it was expensive at $16 for a small personal size Margherita but the crust was nice. We tried the sfingi too which was like deep fried dough smothered in cinnamon sugar ($5 for 6)-sooo worth it.They also showcased some Lamborghini & Ferraris which was a total treat to see. They also had a small stage for live music.Overall a fun thing to do on a Sun afternoon. It was packed with people and was a bit congested though. Street parking was aplenty.”

“So thankful for the Yu Ai Kai (YAK) community and senior support services. My mother is 88 yrs young and during Covid she wasn't able to visit the senior center and activities. Her health was declining but fortunately with the care of Maria Solis (social worker) and Maya (nutritional meal delivery) she's been able to recover and become social again. I will be forever grateful for the fantastic volunteers and community here. YAK has their own 'Farmers Market' for seniors to buy fresh vegetables and fundraisers and activities for opportunities for social engagement. It's such a great community and you'll never meet a nicer group of staff and volunteers!”

“Very nice management and so accommodating and flexible! The only negative is not having parking spaces except couple of blocks away and they do need better chairs so you don't need to rent them separately other than that the space is beautiful and as I mentioned their manager Michelle is really nice to work with.”

“I have only experienced the pickleball court. There are a few cracks in the ground from ground movement. It is a single court soley purposed for pickleball (not an overlay) which is nice. Overall, it looks like a really nice place. There is a common in close proximity and view of the courts where people appeared to be having some food and drinks.”

“As a teacher of more than 30 years, I'm very appreciative of the raft. Went in there a couple weeks ago and picked up lots of odds and ends for our maker, space robotics, building, project and fun stuff for our class auction. The raft never disappoints.”

“The best way to explain this is the you to read and evaluate and see for yourself. It would be more convincing if one would be interested enough to get in and involved themselves if you're truly searching for the spirit of your life. It's really a blast. Wesley Davis.”

I really feel shebis learning and growing in a supportive explorative Learning environment. The school is always doing something exciting for the kids such as little cultural celebrations! The staff is so kind and approachable for the parents. They Have been open and very supportive through the pandemic and I felt so safe with the procedures they put in to place to protect the children and families. One of my special memories was coming back to the school in the middle of the pandemic and the school was decorated with balloons and the environment and staff were so welcoming it made us feel so special after such hard times”
