I don't normally review a bank, but we had such a GOOD experience at this location, as compared to some other locations that I won't name here. Thank you for the excellent customer service and friendly attitude. Your assistance with our banking questions and assistance was much appreciated.

I've always had a pleasant experience over all at this location. Staff is attentive and patient, understanding and value time. Never had any issues that they didn't do there best to help with. Drive through is convenient and super fast. Less then 5 minutes to cash my check and answer my questions.

This bank is really no better or worse than any other; however, the major drawback is there are very few of them, so if you want to use their ATM without getting charged those ridiculous fees, you’ll have to drive far and wide to get to a Comerica bank. If you belong to Chase, they have banks everywhere, as do Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and US Bank. Much easier to get to their ATMs. Just like every other bank, this bank will give you very pennies in interest while ripping you off every chance they get with ridiculous fees...

- Thank you for taking your extra time to help me when I express that I am in a hurry. This bank values taking more what I understand an excessive amount of time to ensure a line will form. I believe a new upgrade system is needed. O No, who needs to swipe a card, input a pin, just to have your account open. Just take your time tapping those buttons 1 by 1, just to press backspace a few times because the account is not valid. Ok maybe someone is new, and for that I am sorry. Other than that, my experience was subpar.. - Salamat sa pagkuha ng iyong sobrang oras upang tulungan ako kapag ipinahayag ko na nagmadali ako. Pinahahalagahan ng bangko na ito ang higit pa kung ano ang naiintindihan ko ng labis na dami ng oras upang matiyak na ang isang linya ay bubuo. Naniniwala ako na kailangan ang isang bagong sistema ng pag-upgrade. O Hindi, na kailangang mag-swipe ng isang card, mag-input ng pin, para lang buksan ang iyong account. Lamang gawin ang iyong oras ng pag-tap sa mga pindutan ng 1 sa pamamagitan ng 1, upang pindutin backspace ng ilang beses dahil ang account ay hindi wasto. Ok siguro ang isang tao ay bago, at para sa na ako ng paumanhin. Bukod sa na, ang aking karanasan ay subpar .. Â - Gracias por tomarse su tiempo extra para ayudarme cuando expreso que tengo prisa. Los valores de este banco toman más de lo que entiendo por una cantidad de tiempo excesiva para garantizar que se formará una línea. Creo que se necesita un nuevo sistema de actualizacií³n. O No, quién necesita deslizar una tarjeta, ingresar un PIN, solo para que su cuenta esté abierta. Simplemente tí³mese su tiempo tocando los botones 1 por 1, solo para presionar retroceder un par de veces porque la cuenta no es válida. Ok, tal vez alguien es nuevo, y por eso lo siento. Aparte de eso, mi experiencia fue insatisfactoria..

I have a corporate trust account with this bank. However, no matter how many times I head in, they can never seem to locate my account without fishing around on what appears to be extremely outdated software (and hardware) without calling other branches and asking them where to look. I did not have this problem at the Saratoga branch. I literally only have a minute or two to drop off deposits etc. and I am considering moving banks after experiences 15-20 minute waits just for them to locate an account- with all of my information, license etc. it should be easy! I don't get it, Comerica, invest in better account search software, or I'm out.
