Wire xfers are extremely painful and time consuming. Very inexperienced workforce. Lots of mistakes.

I've been banking at with this bank and coming to this particular branch for over 20+ years. They still have some of the original tellers like Kurt who is an amazing teller. I have always received the best of service and appreciate their professionalism.

Extremely rude, racist staff. Spent almost 20 minutes trying to cash a check, while 4 of the workers were standing around talking not helping customers. Complete waste of time standing around waiting for no reason. I could have been in & out yet I have to wait as people chat idly.

I'm very unhappy with Comerica Bank. Last month I couldn't log into my online banking or my phone app. I spent several hours on the phone to get a hold of a agent to reset my password. Same thing happened several days ago. I went down to the bank and they couldn't help me. They told me that I had to call in to reset my password again. On top of that my debit card was blocked for suspicious activity? All I did was buy a bed at Macy's and put it on my debit card. So as of now I cannot log into my banking. I cannot use my phone application. And I cannot use my debit card. So I have to go down to the bank for money or write a check. I'm very unhappy with Comerica Bank

Very big and fancy bank. Employees not too friendly unless you have an account with them.

This bank is a joke, to a point where you have to laugh. I opened a couple of business accounts with this bank and let me tell you its the worse mistake I ever made. 1. The worse and most outdated online system ever. If you make a deposit you can NOT see a copy of your check. 2. Today I'm on the phone for two hours because my on line system will no longer let me use "bill pay". One customer service person said its because they are updating their system. A second customer service member says your account was frozen because you have to agree to pay $6.95 per month in order to use the bill pay option. Meanwhile Chase will give you Zelle for free. 3. Their staff are all people that are related to someone in the bank. They have no experience, they have no common sense most of the time they will talk in their own language right in front of you. I know this because I speak the same language. 4. If a teller knows who you are, your checks will be deposited without any hold. But if you do not have a hook up then you are screwed. 5. Good luck asking for a VOD ( verification of deposit ) most of them don't even know what it is. I'm telling you this bank has a couple of good people but most of them are incapable. They hire people that nobody else would touch in banking. I have been on the phone for two hours just to get my bill pay account reactivated and while on hold their phone conveniently hung up. Biggest mistake I did was leaving Chase. At least they have money to have one of the best online systems and when you call their customer service, its people in the US that are actually working with you. Again this is a joke of a bank and its good for people with very little activity and are used to doing banking in the 1960's. But as far as modern day abilities this place has none. Oh one last thing, I reached out to their merchant services department to use them, they never even bothered to get back to me. I have merchant service vendors calling and emailing me left and right to get my business, yet these folks I show up with a platter filled with money for them and they are not interested. Its not because they have an agenda against me, its because they have no sense urgency and most of them are not professionals from the banking sector. There are no consequences for them if they don't deliver, so they will always stay lazy and worthless.

Looks nice when you walk in but I had to use the ADA elevator which is a Dilapidated cargo lift, what a joke!! If you fall the doors do not lock and you will fall out!! Also the side mount is broken. This bank is primed to get the heck suit out of them!!

I have an account here, so no problem with service. Beautiful building and good parking. Lots of one-streets, pay attention. Close to Hwy 87 N. and Andy pets. I come here when downtown San Jose. There a public bathroom but need a code to use it.

I came in here to get quarters once an thought it was fine. I don't have an account here but they were still willing to accommodate me which I thought was nice. The wait in the line was longer than I had hoped but it's fine, everyone was helpful and professional!

The absolute worst financial bank in the United States of America. Comerica Bank is the financial bank that the Social Security Administration uses for direct deposit, for people receiving Social Security. Comerica Bank is so overwhelmed with the amount of their banking clients that you get disconnected trying to report any type of fraudulent activity on your account. I'm a homeless 55 year old terminally ill patient. On July 27th I was a victim of fraudulent activity on my Comerica Bank account in the amount of $ 906.52. I was informed that I would receive a new debit card in 7-14 business days with forms to fill out concerning the fraudulent activity. I received my new debit card in approximately 7 business days. Comerica Bank said that I needed to get a police report of the fraudulent activity, which I did, and has been filed with the San Jose, Ca. Police department. I have yet to receive any forms from Comerica Bank to fill out, concerning the fraudulent activity. I have requested 5 times for the forms to no avail. This has caused me to be hospitalized on more than 1 occasion due to the amount of stress this has caused me. I believe that Comerica Bank is just waiting for me to die so that they don't have to return my money that was fraudulently stolen from my account. If there is anyone who can help I would greatly appreciate it. Victim of Comerica Bank
