My insurance adjuster recommended me to the shop They are very professional and did a great job on my damage Mercedes E350 Owner Pasha Roach was right to the point during the whole process and I got my car back as promised , wash , clean , detailed and it looks like new. I will definitely recommend them to anyone Great business run by professional , ethical and honest owner are not easy to find nowadays !

My car was recently stolen and when the San Jose Police Department found my car, I had it towed to Collision Repair Specialists on Umbarger Road in San Jose, CA because the thief or thieves caused excessive damage to the car. Collision Repair Specialist did a great job restoring my 2019 Hyundai Sonata that had a broken window, damaged ignition switch and broken radiator. Thank you Collision Repair Specialists and I also want to thank the San Jose Police for doing a great job for finding my stolen car. I also want to give the San Jose Police 5 stars for doing an outstanding job in spite of all negative things they have to endure every day.

My daughters Jeep was involved in a front end collision. I was referred to this shop by my insurance company. I looked at their reviews here on yelp and chose this shop based on all of the great comments left by happy customers. I am very satisfied with the repair results. It looks better than new. This shop has been in business for 30+ years. Pasha the owner is excellent at keeping you updated on the status of your vehicle and handles everything with the insurance company. I highly recommend Collision Repair Specialists and happily give them 5 Stars.

10+ on the Customer Service and quality of work! My Kia Sportage was rear ended while I was on vacation in Marina, CA. I live in southern California. My vehicle was not drivable and was taken to Collision Repair Specialist in San Jose. Pasha, the shop manager, was very prompt in notifying me on how the work was coming along and honest in giving a repair completion date. I was pleasantly surprised to see how beautiful my car turned out. The workmanship is excellent. Pasha even went out of his way by meeting me on a Saturday when they are normally closed so that I could fly up to San Jose and pick up my vehicle. Thank you, Pasha!!! You are awesome and your company is Top Notch!

My Subaru WRX was rear ended leaving damage to the bumper and the exhaust tips. I knew the bumper could be replaced but I lost hope for the exhaust tips. Pasha and the crew replaced the bumper and they were even able to straighten out the exhaust tips too! Pasha was great to work with and was available every step of the way. Highly recommend this shop and will be sending everyone here.

Somebody rear-ended my 2018 Honda Clarity last January and caused quite a bit of damage. The insurance company asked me to take the to Collision Repair Specialists. I am glad I did. I found the Service Manager Pasha very courteous and professional through the repair process. Due to the supply chain issues these days the process took long, but Pasha kept me updated with texts and photos on weekly basis. The trunk-door glass window is still to be received. Honda is not making commitments as to when that will arrive. I asked Pasha to prepare the car as best as he could. He covered up the window with plastic nicely. I picked up the car today everything was perfectly done. He even touched up a couple of spots away from the accident damage. I plan to take the car back once the glass arrives. I am very please with the honest and prompt service provided. Thank you Pasha!. Adil Ashary

Very good experience! I had an accident with my Jeep in the snow and after making my claim I contacted them, very great service! They scheduled a tow truck to pick up my car at my house. They did all the calls and service through the insurance. They got approve and started working on it right away. They always kept me informed about what they were doing, what step they were and everything went perfectly fine. They also washed my car and gave back a totally new car and fixed. I really recomend this guys! Nice work! Great service!

My Lexus GS350 F Sport got hit on the way home from work. This shop worked with my insurance in quick order and did a knock out job, Sasha even did a small touch up job on my tow well plate at no cost. Fast, friendly service and top quality work.
