Phil Simms was co-listed on a home that I recently sold. Although another agent had the lead responsibility for the transaction, Phil did not have the courtesy to even say congratulations, or have any correspondence from the day the offer was accepted through almost a week post close until I messaged him. Very disappointing.

I hired Nahid Garmani - Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker on Almaden/Blossom Hill in San Jose, CA. I hired her to sell my property back in October 2018. I invested a considerable amount of money well beyond Nahids initial estimate to get my property sold - At Nahids constant pressing me to pay more and more $$. Nahid also pressed me to get everything out of my home all furniture and belongings to get it "sold quickly" which in turn has displaced me for the past 2 months with nowhere to live. I wait for you to do your job as you assured me to sell my home. I am now displaced with no where to live since you promised that I would get the house sold quicker if I am not there. Here we are now December 28th - 2 MONTHS and you have not only failed to sell my property with little assistance as my realtor but I get this odd text message from you this morning. Dec 28..... ----- Nahid 1.Please clarify what you are doing? 2.Are you no longer the listing agent for my property? 3.Why do I need to get my key? Please respond to this email in writing ASAP before 5pm today. ---- To Ron Conklin: I would like to escalate this matter asap. If you are not the intended person overseeing this issue please escalate to appropriate person at Coldwell Banker. --- Yelp readers you will notice this email was sent December 28th However it is December 31, 2018 at 5pm my house continues to sit on the market with no resolution or assistance.

I have to leave a 5 star review for our incredible realtor, Julie Tornincasa. My husband and I were first time home buyers and it took us several months to find the home of our dreams. Although it was a short sale and took 9 months to close, Julie gave us weekly updates on the progress (or lack there of...). She communicated clearly and effectively and always reassured us that no question was a stupid one. As the months dragged on we definitely had doubts and second thoughts. Julie validated these and instead of trying to change our mind, encouraged us to see what else was out there. As it turned out, nothing matched up to our short sale home. Once we FINALLY got news that our offer was approved, Julie kicked it into high gear. She organized all of our inspections and met each person at our house so that there was no inconvenience to us. We were excited so we definitely met some of the inspectors as well, and Julie was able to help us to ask the right questions to ensure we knew all of the details of the home we were purchasing. She walked us through each step of all the many papers we had to sign and took her time to make sure we felt comfortable and confident with all the information. She is also well networked into the community, and can recommend a variety of different contractors for any wants or needs you may have. We had a few and loved the people she referred us to. One of my favorite things though about working with Julie was how well respected she is by other agents/inspectors/contractors. It's not every day that you buy a home and it is so important to be working with someone you trust. Julie was that person and to top it all off, she's a lot of fun. I could not have asked for a better real estate agent and I would absolutely recommend her to any home buyer or seller in the area!
