I have called this store because I've recently purchased my first ever pack of cigars, and I had absolutely no clue what to do with them. Upon calling, it turned out that they do not actually sell these cigars here, as I've purchased in Europe. Hower the salesman on the phone, was so kind to in proper detail explain to me how to actually work the cigar, cut it and smoke it. Best customer experience I've ever experienced in my entire life and I'm not even an American. 10/10 stars, best cigar store in all of Texas. Thank you. Million times, thank you. Have a great life.

Great place. Not a huge selection, but cigars are kept well, prices are decent, and the selection is still great (just does not have the same real estate as a Mission Pipe or West Coast Cigars). Owner is friendly and knowledgeable

Friendly, helpful staff, very knowledgeable about the products they sell. Beautiful selection of Humidor's and lighters. The gentleman helping me was extremely patient and helped me choose the perfect gift!

If you're going to an event or just want a premium cigar to enjoy on a quiet summer night then look no farther than club havana. The owner is knowledgeable and friendly. for the quality of their cigars the price is reasonable. Also, if you want to use the lounge but are afraid to ask, they have a good deal where you spend 25 or more you get to use of the lounge. No awkwardness there. i would give their staff a 5 out 5 when it comes to customer service. They have a great selection as well and if you're new to cigars and are in need of help with what stick to smoke they will not let you down. i'm a firm believer you vote with your feet and if im in the bay area i choose club havan over their inferior competitors in san jose so much so that i'll pay an extra 5 dollars in gas just to give them my business

Club Havana is the go to place if you want to buy premium cigars. They always have the ones I want and are reasonably priced. The owner is very knowledgeable and if you have questions he will answer with his expertise in cigars. A relaxing feel when you walk into the store and the aromas of the various blends of tobacco. Highly recommend to at least make a stop and visit this establishment. Yes we all know the prices of just about everything is up but if you want a buy a good cigar in the South Bay go here.

Took my grade school friend out for a smoke for his birthday. He suggested Club Havana. The inside is very clean and a friendly dog greats you as you walk in. I was very surprised at the lack of smoke smell there was inside the store as patrons can smoke the cigars inside, we got 2 hand made Dominicans 2 bottles of water and a coffee "$86" Then went to the lounge area where we sat and talked for a couple hours. The cigars are well taken care of "no dried up junk sold here" over all quality of the cigars we had and experience "4stars" definitely recommend this place if you are interested in a quality cigar and experience.

This is a fantastic cigar lounge. The selection is premium with lots of high end sticks such as Davidoff, Padron, Montecristo, Rocky Patel, Cohiba and more! It's a $25 buy-in in order to lounge inside. They provide lighters, ash trays, cutters and drinks for guests. I came earlier today and had a great time talking to the fellas earlier about life and everything else. It's a nice laid back lounge which I love. My Montecristo Classic Series lasted me about 2 hrs which was fantastic. Cigars range from about $15-$50 so there's lots to choose from. The owner is awesome and super chill not to mention his dog that greets guests. This is one of the best cigar lounges in the Bay Area and I totally recommend it.

Went inside with intention of purchasing large quantities of cigars however the person behind counter barely acknowledged customer was present. The selection is so-so and the prices are exorbitant. Place did not seem welcoming at all.

I stopped in while traveling for business hoping to smoke a cigar. Agree with others that the prices are wild; not sure if its a Cali thing but it sounds like other shops are more reasonable. I picked a stick (a Padron classic series, $8 cigar, $14 or so here), and was told to use the lounge I needed to purchase at least $30. $30 to use the lounge! And you can't smoke your own cigars even after paying to get in. At this point I was already committed so I grabbed a Rocky Patel Edge for $13, I guess I'll take it back in my suitcase. So 2 stars for the shop. The lounge is just a small area in the back of the shop with some chairs and a TV. I'm surprised to read so many reviewers raving about it because it is not really a lounge, its some chairs in a store. But the regulars there were relatively inviting and I enjoyed my stick. 3 stars for the lounge. Ultimately I won't go back again, but only because of the restrictive rules and exorbitant cost to use the lounge. If it was $5-10 to use the lounge and I could bring my own cigars this would be a much more appealing spot.

Walked in with the intention of buying a cigar and sitting and smoking it. The guy at the counter said I had to buy at least $20 worth to sit back there. Uhhh seriously...

Great shop!! Very friendly atmosphere. This store has a wide selections of cigars from all the major brands. There's a lounge in the back we're you can smoke cigars. Definitely my go to spot to hangout!

Owner was friendly and very knowledge. Had him .make up a vareity of cigars for a gift. Included a box to put thrm in. Please note has a frendly dog there all he wants i a pet and will walk away. If you are looking for cigars i would go here. Easy access. In shopping center.
