I have been going to this location for years and they never disappoint. I recently brought in a gaming laptop of my sons and Kevin was awesome. He called me to discuss the problems, provided a few different solutions and what the cost was going to be. Kevin is very knowledgeable, thorough and polite. He had the laptop ready in a day and was truly a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend taking your item(s) you are having issues with to this location as they will not disappoint.

this business is not even worthy of one star the Almaden location Vince and Eric need a class on customer service ! After attempting for a simple cell phone fix they misdiagnosed 2 times and after 4 visits they kept wanting me to return obviously they failed on the repair and had the nerve to insist on more diagnostic's really ! Um no I've wasted enough time with you clowns now I'm fighting for a refund on the part that never worked .interesting I need to mention the behind me returned his laptop for the horrible service as well ! Stay away from these guys they are fake and liars and no I'm not using my real name for you to spam me its up to my bank with proceeding with the grievance and refund ! By the way admid stop posting fake high rating I that's way to easy

I would give Kevin a 10 star rating if possible. Brought a 13 yr old dell desktop to Click Away which I was going to throw away in San Jose (recycle) which had thousands of photo shopped photos on which I could not retrieve after major computer crash (dead computer) I was depressed because I had Hundreds of photo shopped priceless family photos and thought all was lost... thought all the files were gone forever. Now Kevin becomes a miracle worker and somehow brings this desktop back from the dead and retrieves ALL THE FILES. After Kevin informed me that he could retrieve everything. I hung up the phone and broke down because I could not believe this was possible. He saved the history of my family. Bravo, Bravo, and endless Bravo's. The customer service and result by way of Kevin and Click Away is far and away the best computer experience I have had in my life at 72 years of age. I am still flipped out about all of this....didn't think it was remotely possible. Miracles do happen !!!!!!

I've been going to ClickAway in San Jose for a number of years now, having bought two laptops from them, and I am never disappointed. One of these laptops was nearing the end of its working life, and I very much needed to have a working computer. I called Jose, and set up an appt to meet with him today. He evaluated the laptop, helped me find an affordable refurbished one on hand, and within a couple of hours, I had a "new" laptop, ready to go. Thanks, Jose, and thanks again ClickAway!

I took a severely damaged Macbook Pro here in the hope that something could be done to salvage it. As a side note, I got this computer for free and it was nearly a decade old, so I was really just hoping to avoid losing some files and buying a new Macbook Pro. Which start at $1,600, ouch. Anyway, the people were very nice and kept me in the loop throughout the process. The process being they found a refurbished, newer-than-mine-but-not-new Macbook Pro, and transferring my files there. I guess my decade of ownership hadn't been kind, because they said the screen, keyboard, motherboard, battery - everything was garbage on mine. So it was cheaper to replace the whole thing then source the parts. Anyway, this is fine as I got a basically new computer. So what can I complain about? If you need some electronics repair, come here! You might not get a new computer, but you also might not NOT get a free computer. You'll never know unless you try.

ClickAway employees are very knowledgeable and do excellent work. They replaced the battery in my wife's Apple iPhone 7. They did it in less than an hour and delivered it when they promised it. I highly recommend them.

APPLE MACINTOSH VINTAGE G5 repaired.at Click Away on Winfield in San Jose. Kevin & Jose recovered data from my Macintosh G5 after two other Apple repair stores in Santa Clara County in CA said they couldn't help because the computer was too old. Click Away said businesses specializing in Apple repair refer customers to them when they are stumped and I discovered why. This store has deep industry technology expertise for Mac's & PCs and transferred 1.5 terabytes of forgotten data onto a modern SSD external drives for me to review. Long story short, the G5 sat in my office (unused) for about a decade. Why? I am a professional photographer who gave up making photographs to care for my wife. I was depressed that cherished photos might never be seen again. Kevin & Jose were friendly, confident, and encouraging. I became hopeful I might have the photos on the G5 to back to review. Bottom line these guys turned my sadness into joy and I will have fun reviewing lost art. I highly recommend them and will have them look at three more of my "obsolete" computers.

Recently, I had to take my PC for some repair and I cannot say enough about this place. The staff (Jose, Kevin and Sean/Shawn) is extremely knowledgeable. They did a free diagnostic test to determine with what issue I was dealing. I was told that although they can fix the issue, it was better to invest into a new computer. I really appreciated their honesty. If you're looking for a place to fix your computer issues, then look no further; ClickAway is your place! You will find the staff to be extremely friendly and professional. They're getting my business from now on!

We have been loyal customers for > 10 years. Purchased two laptops and have been satisfied with their customer service for the most part. In 2021, my laptop crashed and they ran the usual diagnostics and suggested I purchase an external hard drive which seemed to do the trick. The folliw-up could have been more timely, though they were very busy at that time.Fast forward to last week, when my laptop notifications indicated a virus had infiltrated the system and recommended the user (me) to click on the anti-virus app. I called Click away straight away and spoke to Jose Marquez who advised me to drop off my laptop that afternoon. I wasn't able to that day, though he circled back with me the following Saturday. Jose is incredibly knowledgeable on all things related to tech and answered all my questions without hesitation. He is very resourceful and recommended a couple of laptops should the day come to replace my laptop. I'll continue to return to Click Away as needed and hope Jose is still there for the next "rescue!"
