Door closed at 4:46p though the door says they close at 5p. Saw employees inside. Sad. Never again waste my time going over.

I have been a customer for years and have never looked anywhere else. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. We have used them for loans and checking as well as my personal finances. If you need a great business bank look no further.

This bank is a scam. They will advertise a service, take your money, change the terms of the service (secretively) and refuse to give your money back.Please think twice before you do any business with them.

This bank is a scam. They will take your money and run. Don't get their banking service, don't get their credit card service, run as far as you can before you do any business with them.

Never ever trust them. They'll talk you into the elite checking account because it betters your chances of money going through. Then the first check you deposit. Gets held for over 2 weeks. You get told a different story each time you call. I was promised that Tuesday morning at 8am I would have my money again my money. Well now their saying they'll start the process at 1pm my electricity just got cut off cause they just won't believe a bank would do this to their customer even more one who pays them for an elite account. Trust me no matter what bancfirst/mid first/tinker/mecu. Stick with them besides believing my ex wife loved me this was the biggest mistake of my life as I sit here with no electric and a negative balance in my account

Pretty standard bank location I would say. They offer basic banking services and basic banking customer service. My wife's work uses here so I occasionally join her while running errands. The tellers are all professional but they don't move at the fastest rate.

Maybe the slowest service I've ever received in a bank. I had to complete a number of transactions that I didn't want/ wasn't able to complete at the ATM, so I waited in line for what seemed like 20 minutes before I was finally assisted. Teller was great but it just took so long to get there that I was in a bad mood by the time I got to the front of the line.
