Gorgeous centerpieces for my dad's 80th birthday dinner in Santana Row at a reasonable cost. I asked to spend a certain amount on each centerpiece, probably lower than what the vendor would have liked, but the centerpieces were absolutely amazing and looked like they cost so much more. Everyone commented on how beautiful they were and fought to take them home after the party. Extremely pleased and satified.

Came in unscheduled and was able to pick out flowers with great advice by Teresa! She was able to make me a beautiful bouquet within 20 minutesMariana was also very friendly and helpful at the desk, I recommend this place for your floral needs!

I was buying a floral arrangement for my mom’s birthday and Teresa was absolutely amazing. She really took her time to help me out and answer my million questions and put up with my silly requests. She is the epitome of what customer service is all about. Thank you so much Teresa! My mother loved the flowers! Your store needs to hire more of you!!!

The roses in this little place are top notch. I usually get my flowers from Safeway. After passing by Cittis many many times over the past 5 years I finally stopped by. I was not disappointed. The sign outside is for the daily specials they have and it's true, not a scam. There is more than just roses there. Lots of other flowers and plants - there is wine and balloons too. Thanks for the great customer service

I called late last Friday (very close to closing time) and told the florist that I needed to send a floral arrangement to a memorial service at hotel in town for the very next day next day. I totally waited too late in the game and was worried that I wouldn't be able to get it done and delivered the next day. I had to work that Saturday and couldn't attend in person. The florist who took my call walked me through the options and price ranges and they delivered a wonderful arrangement with a nice sympathy card. I totally put it in the hands of the arranger to pick something appropriate for the occasion; don't hire a professional and then micromanage them. I wish I had remembered the person who took me call by name. But when I was overworked and not going to be able to attend the memorial to support my bereaved friend in person, Citti's pulled it all together at the last minute and delivered a glorious arrangement where it needed to get on the day. 5 out of 5, and I hope I have a happier occasion in SJ that requires flowers soon, because this shop did me right when I needed it.

Cute flower shop. I usually stop by for the Thursdays special if im ever going to a birthday dinner. Whom ever receives them always loves them. Love the presentation the last time i went. I will be back for future purchases

They took extra care in the presentation of the flowers. I am not accustomed to these service levels. They even gave me extra tips on how to take care of the flowers to maximize how long they last. The flowers were perfect and scored me extra points with my significant other.

Teresa was very helpful and nice to me when I was buying a gift for my girlfriend. She checked the store to make sure there wasn't a better plant I could buy, and was quick to get the gift ready for me to carry out and complete the transaction!

Citi Florist did the flowers for my recent wedding at the historic Saratoga Foothill Club and it was simply magical! The elevated table centerpieces with additional flowers around the base were breathtaking. Guests arrived to see a very large centerpiece urn in the fireplace room. The main meeting room featured an archway bursting with matching floral arrangements where our vows were recited. All of the florals repeated the flowers in my bouquet. Our guests were amazed at how beautiful the floral display set the stage for the perfect combination cocktail, nuptials, dinner and dancing venue.
