I have Citi Gold Accounts. Got promo for higher interest rate on savings. The wrong rate was applied. Told them to fix it. The process took 15 days (10 business days) to correct the error. You would think to make adjustment on computers can be done in 1 to 2 days. Hardly appears gold service.
