Decent but typical bank oriented customer service.... They don't have half the issues Wells Fargo does and the stock reflects that! I trust these folks way more!, it's just too bad I couldn't acquire as safe deposit box if any useful size! Oh well!

This is my second time come to this branch. William Eng helps me out. His shift starts at 10:30 but because of my schedule, he is willing to come before 10. He is so helpful and friendly. My friend and I end up open 2 accounts and credit cards here. Great customer service
