I opened a business account at this branch and the banker who helped me was so efficient. I received my new debit card in 2 days and checks a few days later. Excellent customer service!!

They are always soooo slow at this branch. Today they don't even have a teller to help customers..so we're all stuck waiting for their one teller to come back from lunch. I get that things happen, but this is so unprofessional and unheard of for a bank.

THIS IS THE WORSE BANK IVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I Own 3 Hvac companys and opened up a small business acct with them about 1 month ago. We had deposited only small amounts of check from our daily customer. I just received a letter that they will be closing my account within 60 days. I called the 800 number and they couldn't tell me why they are closing it. Supposedly I violated terms and conditions. All we did was deposit checks from customers. HOW is this violating ? They are checks this is what we suppose to do. IM lost for words. The best is comming. I cant even withdraw my own money out of the acct. I NOW have to wait for a check in the mail that can take up to 60 days . DO NOT BANK WITH CITI BANK AND GO BANK WITH ANY CREDIT UNIONS. IM SEEKING A ATTORNEY

This bank is garbage; not worth the paper its checks are written on.I came in to cash a check drawn against its own self (Citi), and they told me they couldn't verify the funds so there was nothing they could do. Their phone system was down or some garbage, also the manager tried to explain that it was because the address on the check was DE and its state laws are "too confusing" ????Umm, that is the address of your client (btw that client is Traveler's Insurance. Heard of them?)...You can't cash a check written by your own bank? That's pretty sad and shows what brick/mortar banks truly are... USELESS.

Majority of citi bank location are not very good, poor customer service and over lack of work ethic most of the time im greeted with blank dull stares and no care for the customer, some location cant even cash your checks for you, very poor business practice and like mentioned above an overall poor/lacking customer service skills. If i could i would never return. But unfortunately my company does business with them so i guess i will have to suffer.

This Citibank is located on Taylor St, close to downtown San Jose.It has been shut down during Pandemic last year, only ATM is available.Looks like this branch is now open for public due to slow down on Pandemic. Need more employees to work in this branch.

I have been a citibank customer for many years and recently became a victum of bank fraud. The bank manager and her staff quickly provided me with new accounts and checks so as to allow me to continue my daily and monthly banking needs. Excellent staff at the Taylor branch and easy parking is a big plus.

Been going to this branch for a couple of years and I really appreciate the staff and service experience. I'm often greeted by the bank manager when I walk in even though I'm just a regular customer. And senior bank tellers, like Tam, who have been there for years, are really great, service-oriented professionals who represent the bank extremely well. I know this place has a lot of negative reviews and banking can be a difficult experience for people, though I haven't had a negative experience at this branch and I rate it among the best I've been to.

Never had a problem. Even when I brought in over a grand in coin. They turned into dollars. Still open in covid and better than finding a closed bank when needed

Came in for something very simple. I had rolled coins I wanted to exchange for bills. I told the lady that I only had a credit card with them. She said she was going to check. While she's checking another woman who either works there or just hangs out there and knows staff, is mumbling things to teller that's helping me. The teller than says she can only do $100. I said that's fine. She continues to use computer and after a couple more minutes says she can't help me after all. ??? Definitely will not be opening any accounts here in the future. Shame because it's in my neighborhood too.
