It was so easy getting my account issues sorted here. The staff (both on the managers & tellers side) are super helpful, patient and always smiling. I was a little intimidated going in because I had a lot of questions & concerns with an old dormant account but I’m floored by how genuinely helpful everyone was & how efficiently they were able to get me back up & running. Highly recommend!!

This bank is a neighborhood treasure. They are always cheerful, greet me when I enter, answer all my questions, provide help when I have problems. They have taken care of us for years & we are so grateful!!!!

Dont even have an ATM outside and none of their ATMs at 711 will accept cash deposits. Just came from another citibank that didn't have one outside either. Drove all over town for 30 minutes for nothing. I'm switching to a different bank now because of this.

I've been coming here for years. I have always received wonderful service. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Very rarely do I have to wait for more than 5 minutes to be helped. The place was recently remodeled on the inside. Everything looks clean and upgraded compared to how it was before. The tellers are now behind a big glass window but can still be seen and heard very clearly. The remodel gave the place a fresh new look.

I've been with Citibank all my life and have never received bad customer service at this location. They are very personal, remember you, and like to hear about how you are doing. I ordered foreign currency and a new card and then went out of town for almost a week. Right when I walked in, before I had a chance to even say anything, Avil, a banker, recognized me and said, "Lets get your currency and new card right away for you!" No complaints, only compliments for this staff.

BAH! I went in on a saturday to talk to someone about a mortgage. there were no reps so i left my contact info and grabbed a business card of the mortgage services guy. i emailed and called trying to get help. no response back. very frustrating when i am basically guaranteeing this person significant business. no wonder my citibank stock sucks so much. time to call HSBC or BOA
