The staff they have are very helpful, however, it seems every time i need to come in, the tellers are always under staffed (usually only 1) and the bankers are always over staffed. If you need a teller, be prepared to stand in a line of 4-5 people that lasts easily 30+ minutes. Sometimes you luck out, and it goes quicker....
