Their great. I love the fountain drinks plus the car wash attendant was super helpful I got my car washed and the Duckies carwash system even cleaned mud stains off my tires. With clean restroom and free to use allpiont atm this my go-to place when on Saratoga Way to go that extra mile Kevin

Reasonably fast pumps, clean, well-maintained gas station with relatively large convenience store. Carwash attendant Michael aka Misha was very nice and helped me figure out a good deal on a wash, that was a pleasant surprise in a world full of sleazy carwash sales.

This review is for the car wash. Just a PSA that when the car wash expiry says a certain date, the car wash is no longer valid on that date (need to redeem the car wash by the day before the printed date). Hopefully the two different workers that I called earlier in the day that told me the car wash is still valid and wasted an hour of my time to drive out of my way to redeem an expired car wash will inform others better next time. No refund, no override to get a car wash, nothing except a “nothing we can do about it”.

I just went for a car wash at the Chevron station at the intersection between Saratoga Ave and Campbell Ave. Currently they have a new program called Ducky Express that you will only need to pay $9.99 for unlimited car wash in the first month before the regular monthly charges kick in. However, I did not go for this program and just choose the most expensive single car wash for $20 since I do not go for car wash regularly. Imagine my shock when the actual time spent by the machine in treating my car was just 1 min or less excluding the air dryer time. Before this program was introduced by Chevron, the time taken to wash and coat my car etc. was at least 3 mins for the most expensive option excluding drying time. This experience made me feel that I am being scammed by the Chevron car wash station. When I expressed my unhappiness to the two staff, a young woman and young man called Michael, the woman just gave me an ugly look and the man Michael just tell me to report to Chevron Management if I have any grievances. So I am doing this review as a start.

They have an attendant available in the dead of night, sell tire pressure gauges, and have an air pump. Good enough for me.

1704 Saratoga Ave San Jose, CA 95129 While cruising thru San Jose on the way to the freeway, I stopped here to get gas and use the restroom. I carry the Chevron gas card, so I usually get a small discount. This station features: - carwash - food mart - 1 pump per island - restroom The clerk was very cool, and pointed out the restroom. It was fairly clean. Afterwards, I walked around the ExtraMile shop and looked at the snacks and candy. The hotdogs looked old and overcooked on the warmer. There was a sale on candy. But with such high prices, it didn't seemed like much of a deal. Reg UL was $5.69/ gal. April 2024, that's average in the SF Bay Area. I didn't use the carwash, so no comment on a wash.

Paid for a car wash, the car wash was broken, they tried to reset it twice to no avail, and refused to give me a refund because they said I could use the code in the next month. Service not rendered, and refused a refund. The manager, Preeti, was horrible and said a refund wasn’t possible.

The washer doesn't work and even though the person in charge ( Thapa)he knew but he still charges you for the premium wash and when you ask for a re wash he will ask you to come back the next day and when I return the next day the cashier said that it's being not working for few days and to call next week to check if it get fixed, so I washed my car at the classic car wash and got their membership because I'm not going to drive a dirty car during the weekend ,finally I'm trying to wash my other car and he wants to argue why I'm driving a different car, excuse me you want me to wait to the whole weekend to clean my , and scream not fear, it's not fear to charge and you know your machine is not working, sonI asked for money back and he said no money back and put a code for the cheapest car wash, while I paid for the premium, but that's only because he's a cheap ass .

This Chevron is kept clean and well lit. The service is friendly and attentive. The rollercoaster prices are mostly normal for the area but not their best feature.

Paid for $13 touchless car wash. One photo shows soap on car as very weak streams of water are rinsing the soap off. Final quick rinse at end did not remove all soap. Air dry portion removed most soap, or at least dried the soap to the car. Representative at gas station was professional and courteous, but unable to help. Representative was unable to provide refund or provide another car wash code to allow a full rinse.Car wash also did not clean as well as other touchless car washes, even those at gas stations.Car wash not recommended for touchless wash.
