I innocently drive in to ask about getting an estimate for some car repairs, specifically ignition coils. I was taken to a very angry, extremely rude head mechanic. I told him a bit of my story (My engine light has been coming on for a time, going off, coming back on a week later...I got diagnostics at Autozone & they told me.."STOP! He STOPS ME MID SENTENCE SAYING "First, lady, $189 for DIAGNOSTICS before ANYTHING ELSE." He didn't hear the problem, he didn't hear the question...(whether they even WORKED on things like that there), he wouldn't talk AT ALL to me or answer a simple question regarding their services prior to HIM running diagnostics for $189 (!!!!) & being paid for that simple chore regardless of the outcome which I could do myself with a $25 gadget from Amazon & recently have had done free & politely at Autozone! I have thoughts on this exchange... I don't believe that is their/his actual policy. I feel it was ageism & a blatant attempt to SCAM the ELDERLY (ME). Obviously, that CANNOT be the policy for new customers or they wouldn't have any! This blatant lie & aggressive behavior was AGEISM at its most disgusting. He saw an elderly white lady out of her lane & took that "opportunity" to set out to IMMEDIATELY SCAM ME & to frighten me, as well. I did not fall off the turnip truck yesterday! He got the wrong old lady & there will very likely be a legal issue coming his way. What he did is illegal, not to mention immoral. I'm from MEMPHIS, sir. Your Italian superiority complex doesn't impress me, but I AM SERIOUSLY considering filing a formal complaint, if not a lawsuit, as you attempted (with multiple witnesses) to SCAM me, THE ELDERLY, which is very ILLEGAL in this country. Get it? Capeesh? Capiche? Capicie??? Have a nice day. Don't go here.

My bank card wouldn't work at the pump so I had to go inside which meant I couldn't fill up cuz I couldn't remember how much it was to fill up last time. The bathroom was extremely clean and the clerks were very nice.

Worst Chevron to go to! The gas prices are always higher then anywhere else.They limit on how many packs of cigarettes you can buy (4 packs), unable to sell them by the carton, and don’t take coupons.

Took my diesel truck for a smog check waiting for two ahead of me before the technician said no to the coupon. And the price will be 4x higher

I got to the station a little past noon on Friday and had good timing that the technician could take me right away. He was friendly and professional and after doing the paperwork, they provide comfortable chairs in the shade while you wait. I have a 1997 sedan, and anything older than a 2000 is more costly than newer vehicles, but they were about thirty dollars less than the lower estimates of other smog stationsthat I checked in Campbell. I waited about 30 minutes and car was smogged and I am a happy camper! Highly recommend to go here for all thos reasons!

Came in to do a smog check. Came in at 12 and was told the person working the shop had just left for lunch. They didn't return until 1:40 and when showing him the smog check coupon, immediately told me that didn't work here. Won't honor coupons and lazy shop. Go somewhere else, waste of time.
