Experience with evening/ night Employees is never welcoming and is petty. I asked employee to use air pump and she said that it can "only to be used by customers who buy gas". So i guess i just have to drive my car with the flat tire to another gas station! all because i didn't buy any gas?

Hey owner, I'm a local. idk if you know this but every day at 7am there's a homeless guy with a shopping cart camping at your shop for people to come out of your store to ask for change. I've counted 7 times I came on to add gas/buy snacks but left to another station because I saw him there. I'm 100 percent positive I'm not the only one running to other gas stations when this guy is here. He's been doing this for years at this location. Good luck.

They offer a cash/Chevron Card discount of $0.10 per gallon, but shovel crap when you try to buy a card from them. First I was told "we ran out of cards", so I went to the car to grab an old one. Came back and asked to add credit to it only to be told by the obvious self medicating individual that the machine is broken. All this to try and gain an additional $1.50 in sales, but ended up losing a 15 gallon fill up and permanent loss of any future fill ups from my family. Smart move...

The girl employee was rude and unhelpful. Arrived at the store asking if she can please turn the air on as I have low tire pressure. She just ignored me. So I had to ask again. Then she quickly said that air is just for gas cars. I just left and went to Speedway gas station.

I would only go to this car wash for a regular wash but anything more than that is a waste of money, they charge $100 extra for a wax and don’t even use real wax and nothing on the car changes, and don’t mess with the dude with the tail haircut, he just wants you to waste your money

Idk why they have such bad reviews. Pretty big, lots of snacks and candy. Pretty big hot coffee area with different creamer selections. Large variety of vapes. Service was great.

Price is okay for Top Tier stations but the store clerks are not well-trained enough to re-charge my Cheveron gift cards. They always ask me to get a new card. This is ridiculous as I had re-charged the gift card many times in other locations. And I am sentimental about my lucky Chevron gift card. The clerks gets 1 star, the station is average 3 star.

I have nothing bad to say Extra Mile. However I do have something to say about the Auto Service. They seemed like very nice workers. The first time I went to get an oil change, I sat right by and they made sure that all the screws were tight. Recently, I went back to get an oil change. One of the screws came off and the cover fell while I was driving on the freeway, the cover ripped in the process. I came back and they tried to switch the blame on me saying that I hit a giant rock. If I had hit a rock, my bumper would have been damage first. However the front bumper was perfectly fine. They will not take the blame for their mistake. If anyone wants to come here for an auto service, make sure you stay near by and watch them.
