Chavez Auto Body exceeded my expectations with their exceptional service and craftsmanship. Today, me and my mother picked up our 2021 Nissan Altima after it underwent repairs, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The car looks remarkably new, and the damage has been expertly repaired to the point where it's nearly impossible to tell that it ever happened. Throughout the entire repair process, I was impressed by the level of care and attention to detail demonstrated by the team at Chavez Auto Body. Their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident every step of the way. If I ever find myself in need of body work for another vehicle, I won't hesitate to return to Chavez Auto Body. Thank you once again for your outstanding service!

Our vehicle body work looks good from the outside but it's not the body work from Chavez that one should worry for it's the electrical items, screws / bolts and attention to detail someone should be aware of! Jr. and Sr pride themselves on outside workmanship and how the car looks but they over look everything else. We took our vehicle in and got unfinished work. Missing bolts and screws, fasteners not in place to hold bumper, and the electrical wiring total Fck'd... we had to pay dealership a lot of money to get things right because these jack offs did not put nothing back in correct order we kept getting error lights regarding electrical. They also broken tubes leading to the windshield wipers. There answer / reply is ," our teams is trained and we don't do messed up likes this. " The value of savings isn't worth it with these uneducated scammers . I'll pay the extra next time and not go with these A-holes!

I had paint flaking on my vehicle and had Chavez Auto body repaint two panels on my vehicle. Service was quick and easy, pricing was fair and the end product looked great. Overall I had a great experience and feel that I got a good deal on great work. Hopefully I don’t have to repaint my vehicle again but if I do, I’ll be coming back here.

this body shop was good 10 years ago. there quality and work went down. I don't know what happened to them but they just don't care about the customers anymore.

They fixed my dents in my car beautifully. The price was affordable. I was referred to them by a car dealership that uses them to repair, trade-ins, etc. there hidden away, but well worth the find Thank you.

Got my zakustech 370z louvers repainted and refinished. Charges less than other shop with higher quality. Office staff is professional. They told me they don't do "small" work but they said they will for this one.

Unfortunately, CAB damaged my car's airbag module while it was in for repair and refused accountability for it. Even when I showed them proof that it happened on their watch (by getting an independent shop to get a timestamp on the airbag fault), they did not take accountability for their damage and refused to replace the module. Obviously, I won't be utilizing their service ever again.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Second time I have taken my car to Chavez Auto Body and you will be too once you take your car to this place. Nowadays it's hard to find a good bodyshop let alone an honest one. A friend recommended this place to me way back and ever since Chavez Auto Body shop is the only place I take my cars. It seems as if in this field most mechanics always try to scam customers, but no here, his prices are quite reasonable. I normally deal with Cristobal and all I can say is that he provides EXCELLENT service also for a mechanic shop; this place is quite organized and clean. Cristobal and his team are helpful, knowledgeable and professional.They go beyond to please his customers.... so if you need work on your car and are looking for a honest and excellent bodyshop... look no more Chavez Auto Body is "the" place!!!

They did an amazing job and appreciate it so much for taking care of not only my car but dealing with my insurance. Seriously I can't thank you enough. And they fix a dent on my door plus deep cleaned my whole car. you guys are the best! I definitely recommend them!

Take so long just to replace my mirror Cristobal said 1 month and right now is 4 months and he never call me he just get the check from insurance and then he forget me he doesn't call me back

This Is the 3rd time my husband has taken a vehicle into this company the 1st time was to have his Harley painted unfortunately they painted the wrong color the next time he took his headlights in to be cleaned they charged him for a very shotty job.the only reason he went back A again was because our insurance company accepts bids from this mechanics after my husband was hit and the shop is in walking distance neither his walker. M6 husband dropped the car off and asked for them to install the new headlights he purchased at the same time.The car was there all week. when we went to pick it up, the headlights were installed and they look great, we left then,then my husband removed the paper from tje floor he noticed there was silver paint all over the floor mats and all over the passenger seat and on the doors he turned around and went back and spoke to one of the guys and they insisted it came in that way. This is freaking ridiculous we don't just happen to have silver or Chrome colored paint hanging around our house and we certainly wouldn't splash it all over our floor boards and seats floor mats. My husband takes very good care of his car beware!! I would just find another place they don't give a s***

Went in for an estimate i was honest with the guy said i was going to three places then would choose one he said he would email me it by this morning.. i called he is too busy to talk. I understand probably not worth it for him but then tell me dont keep me hanging i could have just went to another place. I was honest didnt want to waste his time without him knowing the circumstances
