DO NOT GO HERE FOR MONEY TRANSFER!The lady at the bank entered wrong details on the computer after verifying the details with me and writing them down! She didn’t realize it until I waited for a few minutes and confirmed with the recipient that they didn’t receive the money. That’s when she realized her mistake and fixed it.I could have lost a lot of money had I not waited. DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH!

Atms never work , tellers are rude and on top of all that they take for ever to help anyone that needs help ! I took me 1 hour to make a deposit and when I told them that the atm wasn't working they told me to use the other atm outside .. which it doesn't work as well .... Talking to this people to fix an issue is like talking to a brick on the wall ... useless..

Rude service rep. ATM fee $3.5 you can literally walk over to Target & buy a $1 chewing gum and get free ATM service.

Thank goodness I do all my banking online and on this occasion I went into this branch for some change and the teller gave me such a hard time. Worst customer service ever!!! I brought in $100 bill and $10 bill and I asked to exchange for two $50 bill or ten $1 bills. I forgot my wallet and only brought my credit card. Teller refused to give me change, even I have digital wallet and chase app on my phone. If this is how they treat their client for a simple transaction, I'm just glad I have my investment at Bofa instead here. I'll look out for the email survey to voice my concern, but geez I can't believe the audacity the teller suggested me to drive to next branch for change

Zero stars if I could. Here on a Friday afternoon with two tellers. Wanted to open a checking account for my son but they said no sorry we are booked up until May. Booked up ? There are no workers ! How are you all booked up ?

Poorly run chase location. The atm has had multiple issues not working or not being filled. The service is slow if you get any at all. Last few times there were people hanging around doing nothing with customers waiting. They can take forever for one customer. Too slow and inefficient. Other locations are much better.
