Went here waited for 30 mins banking accountant gave me an attitude lectured me for the whole ended up not being no help at all bank teller was just on his phone the whole time which I find really unprofessional if you work in a bank went here cause this is the nearest chase to where I live

A huge shout-out to Veronica for delivering top-notch customer service! On a particularly hectic day compounded by the frustration of a busted ATM outside, Veronica stepped in with a smile to address my concerns. To add a cherry on top, she even stamped a cheerful happy face on my receipt. It might seem like a small gesture, but it injected some much-needed joy into my day. I'm embarrassed to say but I fell victim to one of those messages fraud. I was panicking because I already handed them one of my credit card and my log in information. Harsha was the banker that helped me out and needless to say I wish I had never called. It took her legitimately 5' to do what I spent an hour getting transferred from departments to departments. Please, if you ever got your information stolen just go to the bank and save yourself sometimes! This chase and very clean and extremely neat, customer services and professionalism I received from Harsha were outstanding!

I have been coming to this bank since it was part of Washington Mutual. For some reason the people in this branch have consistently been very friendly and efficient. Anytime I have something unusual that I don't know how to deal with, I always get useful and helpful advice. Other than some constraints that the corporation forces on them, they will do whatever is good for their customers.

There was a suspicious activity in my account for $325 and they locked my account . I called: 877-242-7372, 866-564-2262, 877-691-8086, 866-265-1727, 888-994-5626, 888-745-0091, and all local phone number at least 10 times and no solution yet, they transfer from one phone to another and after 2-3 hours (i mean it, 2-3 hours) they say they are investigating. Its now more than month my account is locked and I agree to pay $1000 for $325 (suspicious activity) to lock my account. They just love to transfer to other till you get tired and hung up. Please do NOT go TO CHASE. There are so many good banks like Wells Fargo, BOA,....

i went on sat morning, there is no line, i tried to deposit a large check and try to cash half of the check, they wont let me and said my account is limited only $2100, what is a lie? i can withdraw from ATM $3000 daily basic. I feel disappointed and walked to Bank Of America across the street, they let me deposited and cashed out half the check very easy. Im not sure this is Chase policy true or not, but i was very upset with this bank teller. After I went back to Chase to see banker to close one of my Saving account, I asked her why it is so limited to withdraw the money from my bank? she didnt explain and told me that ladies told me at the counter is Chase policy. Overall, they are both on the same boat, very bad customer service. And I have to waited 20 minutes to see the banker even it is very slow on Saturday morning at Evergreen area.

BAD SERVICE, nobody welcomes you when you come. I signed my name on the wait list, one of their staff came and removed the paper sheet without asking anything, the sheet was new, only 2 names on it. Those employees walked around and talking, no matter I was sitting there waiting with 2 kids and no other customers there, i came at 9:45 AM and they open at 9 AM. Chase is always bad service, never come back.

Doris is the most rude ill mannered passive aggressive miserable banker I've ever met... blatantly rude to my family and I. Closed our accounts and going to Wells Fargo now. Someone please retrain her because she doesn't seem to know policy.

When you're #adulting, and that means you finally have to start paying bills, depositing your own checks, and applying for a credit card without the help of your parents. These are happy tears, I swear, but also mom please help! Lol! Came in today to set up an account with Chase today with teller, Doris! Doris is so fun and you can tell she genuinely loves Chase as well as working for them. She made what could've been a boring visit to the bank so enjoyable. Doris represents Chase well and proves to be a great addition to the team. When she did not know how to proceed, instead of saying "I don't know" and moving on, she always double checked with a manger which sets a clear example that she is willing and eager to learn the most efficient way to do her job. Doris brings a happy vibe and diversity to Chase Evergreen. When I come back I will request her specifically because I trust her with my banking. Thank you, Doris! I promise I will use my credit wisely!

Their messages are different every time and very confusing!! I would like to open a saving account. I didn't bring document they need at 1st time and I brought exact document they required for 2nd time then they told me my 1st documents can't work which is different of what they told me at 1st time. The lead manager didn't bothering say sorry, he just said NO and leave right away regardless I already came second time and follow EVERYTHING they told me. It seems like they don't care to waste customer's time and don't care if their messages to customer are different!!!
