Senan is wonderful. He helped out with various forms and resolved issues that another Chase location could not (e.g. gave me the wrong form). Also, he has a great attitude and excellent follow-up.

Senan at the Camden branch is a phenomenal Personal banker. Epitome of what it takes to be the best fit for the role , where he has significant knowledge of the product/offerings and as well has amazing skills when it comes to customer care and treating the customer the right way.Way to go Senan and thanks for everything you do to make experience for us clients amazing with Chase bank.Thank you!!!

The customer service not just at this bank but this specific branch is appalling. I tried using my every day debit card from another bank to pay off my chase credit card, Chase said it's not a real debit card.. like what!? lol When I went to the Chase bank teller, I asked her why Chase wouldn't accept my debit card.. she literally said "idk I can't help you".. then proceeded to SNEEZE ON MY CARD bfore handing it back to me. You read that right.. especially in today world.. I then asked the manager/person at the front.. if they could help with this problem of Chase not accepting my card, there was no attempt to look at my account, no concern with the problem or even acknowledging there was one.. all he kept telling me was "I can't help you"..

Totally rude and condescending lady at the door, she asked me to wait outside because there is a rule about how many people can be in the bank at a time, totally understandable and the safe thing to do. What was VERY RUDE was that I from the outside of the back looked in to ask her a question and she said "no not until someone comes out" and turned around. I didn't even make an attempt to go in the bank I just had a question. Very rude

Came I got the bank and was greeted by a very nice lady at the front. Then I went to Sandeep who is very unprofessional. She was rude and made me feel like a criminal. Wow! Never in my life have been so discriminated against. If I was a white male or Indian maybe I would of been treated different. I feel that Chase needs to have more diversity and be more professional! Sandeep, please take a class on diversity! Please learn that in California, there are many races and different colors! Please learn how to treat people. This is America !!I am not a racist person, have plenty of Indian friends, but I am not is rude and incompetent! Please learn diversity!! Learn how to treat people!! I left there in tears!! Karolina, was helpful, she took the time to help me. She was friendly and made me feel like a person! Thank you K only go to K not SANDEEP!!!

Finally found a Chase Bank staffed with people. Had a simple “cash a check” transaction. Service rep was training and received a bit of guidance from the trainer and voila...cash in hand. Plenty of parking and near SBUX McDonalds Target Hime Depot and a liquor store. Win!

Great customer service here! I recently had to call about a problem with my account and Senan helped me out and was very courteous and helpful! Definitely eased the stress I had over my account problem.

Our company banks with Chase and this location is our most-frequented location. The bank manager Shaila is very helpful. She's helped us with account setup, ACH/wire transactions, deposits and so on. She makes herself very accessible to the bank's client's. This location does not get packed as opposed to other locations such as that at Almaden Plaza. Lots of parking outside. New landscaping looks great too.

We met with Brandon Deborba who is a Chase Private Client representative to help us open a joint checking account. He was very helpful, informative, friendly, and efficient. He answered our questions about the account , stepped us through how to use Online Bill Pay feature, and stepped us through how to use the Chase mobile app. He didn't pressure us or hound us to get more than what we needed and was very transparent through the entire process. Highly recommend asking for him if you need help with banking.
