I came in to inquire about some credit card application issues, and although I didn’t experience the solution I was hoping for, An Le, the bank associate, guided me on the next best course of action. An was super helpful and pretty much handled everything, which included handling a phone call with their credit department as well as answering all my questions. I drove out of my way to reach this Chase branch location, and I’m glad I did. Thank you An!

Wonderful experience here opening new accounts for both business and personal! An Le is so helpful and knowledgeable. He is very understanding and tries his best to accommodate the clients.

I really enjoy coming to this chase bank. There always so kind. if I don't understand something, they have no problem explaining the issue in a professional matter. the staff here are polite and makes my day knowing I'm going to a fine organized Chase bank. Thank you all staff and mangers.

Pretty bad experience for me, 5 people were waiting but only one counter working, and they probably know nothing about sapphire credit card…can’t check card delivery status and nothing they can do about the unreasonable annual fee charge…as a new Chase bank user from PNC, I am pretty disappointed about that and now seems like Chase is not a good option for me to apply anything..my suggestion is if you insist on Chase, as least avoid this branch…

Not sure why Chase Banks typically aren't as busy as other banks but I'm not complaining. The lack of foot traffic is one of the many reasons as to why I enjoy banking with CB so much. I made the short drive out to this particular bank so I could get in a quick transaction. There are 2 atm machines outside and one inside [which allows you to withdraw more money than the 2 located outside]. Service was prompt and friendly. The teller executed my request flawlessly and I was on my way before I knew it. Another 5 star Chase location, I'm a fan!! FYI: This building in not located inside of the Hacienda Gardens Shopping Center. The bank in its own area with its own lot, neighboring the shopping area.

Loved coming here until today when I encountered Gabriel. I asked him a question. He talked over me and came off as combative. Feeling that I deserved to be heard and to receive an answer, I rephrased my question over and over. He was too busy trying to make me feel insecure in asking the question that he missed what I was saying completely. In the end Ieft feeling crappy and not a bit more informed. He never even greeted me or said bye, have a nice day. Just all around attitude.

I went in to speak upon an existing account, Lily was super polite and awesome to talk to. We had a very good chat and definitely trust her with anything i need from chase bank ! This isn't my local chase bank i had stopped here on my way home and still had a 15 minute drive, so i stopped at the nearest chase and best believe im willing to make a 15 minute trip if i need anything from Lily.

Excellent bank and amazing staff! Very sweet people and haven't seen such excellent customer service anywhere else! The bank is good and has convenient atm machines outside as well!

Love coming to this branch ! The branch manager Lily and her team know how to really make you feel welcome. I enjoy getting a cup of coffee while the lead teller Carina runs my transactions, she's super fast and efficient. I've also had Charlene help me with setting up my business account, I will definitely come back to her for any of banking needs. Lily is hands down one of the best branch managers out there!

Lily is a rockstar! I went to her with my mortgage loan case because a banker in a different branch that we were working with was not doing a good job. Mortgage banking is not her thing but Lily was extremely patient in listening to all the details I provided and followed up regularly until the issue closed. She is extremely competent and professional. It is so refreshing to deal with a banker who cares about customers. Based on all the other reviews here, I can tell that she always goes above and beyond her duty to please clients. Chase bank is lucky to have her on their staff.

I am a long time customer of this bank and is very satisfied with the great and friendly service including greeters who directs you to the proper counter for all your needs. I commend Lily the wonderful manager , who is very competent, helpful, dedicated knowlegable, she helped me with some issues I had that may not have been related to the banking but knew what she was doing!! Kudos!! I sometimes drop in just to say Hi though she's a busy lady!! Keep up the good work..

Wonderful bank and A++ visit experience. Excellent Service and competency from team members. I do business with several other banks and this was a refreshing, new and completely different bank operation....not like the others. Needed to set up a checking account. Lily made everything easy, smooth and comprehensive. She focused on what I needed and how best to fullfil my request with Chase's available options. Their environment is much different and makes banking more inviting/secure. Moreover, the ATMs are newer technology with Kiosk button styles that makes much better sense. Chase earned my business in less than an hour...considering switching all my banking to this location!
