The guy name Juan Munoz (Chase Banker) trying to kick me out at 4.55pm in very arogan way. I was there earlier at 4.20 and the lady banker want me to wait but I left around 4.40 to drop off my daughter for her math tutor very close by. He stopped telling me to leave after I took a video. I wish I can attach the video here.... Never experience this kind of treatment in my life. I think I out of Chase bank for good. My blood is boiling, my tone is high, I can get stroke from this kind of treatment. I will report to many more medias and tv.

I’m here today to deposit my check and they didn’t ask me to sign my name and automatic stamped on my check and after they said the check on hold other two weeks, I asked why’s need to hold that long? They said they want to make sure the money is available, so wield its a first time I headed need to holding in other two weeks, and I want to get back my check but I can’t cash it because they already stamped on the check, why’s they didn’t ask me to sign and ask me first before they stamp it.???

As soon as we entered, someone asked if we needed help. There were many people there on a Saturday, and there were specialists who helped us move chairs to sit on. The person handling the banking was also very friendly and explained our questions in detail, great tweet!

I didnt have an appt and I got to work with Thanh T! Thanh was super nice and helpful for setting up a checking and savings account while claiming the $600 offer. I would request to make an appt with her next time for any bank related needs in the future.

Do not go here. They refused to do medallion signature even though corporate says they have to do. They lied to my face and are straight up lazy. I pulled my money out of chase because of these people.

What's is it with these large corporations on the Eastside. They think they can treat customer like ship just best we're from the Eastside. We need to group to get her and stop patronizing company's that don't value our business. I can gaurantee you, the Los Gatos branch is fully staffed with competent tellers.

I don't wanna give even a star for this bank. Terrible services. Store opens at 9am. But staff just starts doing their stuffs and opened late 5min. Then only one staff at cashier whereas the others were counting money??? Y'all know how services should be? If services start from 9am, staff should schedule their shift earlier 30min. Terrible management. The manager doesn't know how to control the schedule? 14 clients in the long line and waiting for ONLY one staff working. Ridiculous services!

I don't know what's happened lately, but they are short staffed, and their systems have been down on multiple occasions. I wish they would come up with a way for the machines to do cashiers checks, or for customers to print their own cashier's checks, so I don't have to waste my time waiting in line.

I've lived in this neighborhood for years and this bank has seen its ups and downs. Today they were running late getting the bank open and a lobby full of people 10 minutes after it was suppost to open. 7 people... I would save time and go to another much more helpful location.

I visited the bank today to make a deposit. The bank opened late 5 minutes at 9:05am. The was a line about 10 people in line. It took me another 15 minutes waiting to make a deposit. The teller Dionna wasn't very polite and unfriendly. I have seen many bad reviews on Yelp but now I am actually experienced it. Never come to this branch again. Bad service and management compare to Citi banks that I have been banking with.

On December 30th (Thursday), I visited the Silver Creek branch to make a transaction for pesos. I provided my contact number and they informed me that they'll give me a call once it arrives. On January 4th (Tuesday) I called the direct number provided on the Silver Creek branch - Chase seen on yelp, however, it directed me to the main/corporate office. Someone was able to direct me to a live person at the Silver Creek Branch, I requested for my pesos transaction to be canceled and they told me they will follow-up on the status if it has arrived. They continued to put me on hold and I know they kept putting me on hold because I heard the clicking on the other end until finally I got an automated message which disconnected me. So again, I had to find the number on yelp on call the Silver Creek Branch and then again was directed to the main/ corporate. Mind you, I spoke with several people who finally told me that they couldn't get a hold of a live person and advised me to go to the bank myself. I finally went down to the Silver Creek Branch, waited in line and finally spoke with the teller who seemed to be expecting me because I didn't even tell her my name yet I just told her the reason I was there. She spoke with someone who said they didn't receive the pesos yet and its still in the process of delivery. I was very disappointed because the common courtesy of calling and communicating just simply that, me driving down there as an upset customer could have been avoided. They did finally call me yesterday 01/05/22 to inform me that the pesos arrived and requested me to come down there. But I called instead to let them know to please transfer it back into my account which they did. Overall, Silver Creek Branch provides disappointing customer service. It was my first and last time visiting that branch. I hope this will provide an inservice for your employees about effective communication with your "valued customers."

Great experience I opened checking account and savings account Juliana walked me through the process with no issues great banking experience so far. Everyone here is very friendly and Juliana is outstanding.

Great Covid precautions. Only a few tellers but they still move through the line at a reasonable rate. Parking in the mini lot can be busy but you can always park an extra 15 ft away in the massive parking lot.
