Terrible customer service. Very small branch with limited resources to support customers.
Try visiting other bigger branches with better support.

The tellers always helpful at this branch but bankers at this location need better customer service training. The banker asked for the usual bank verification documentation, but he was VERY nosy about the business details of how the customer generates revenue; something that customers and future clients really do not need to feel bothered about at all. The banker really had no business asking about how the business runs, who pays for what, and who the customer's investors are just to open a business checking account. Bankers are not the gatekeepers of the bank world. They certainly have no business being nosy about the customer's way of how to operate her business and what avenues i.e. what payment systems and social media platforms are being utilized to generate income. Last time the consumers checked, human beings are not treated this way at all. It certainly is not the business of the banker to be asking these kinds of questions with what else the customer does to support herself to make money. The customer felt like the banker was very discriminatory towards women. This is not okay to treat future clients like that. If a customer walks in, and needs a checking account, you help the person! Don't be an a**hole about the attitude to future business clients. That is how you lose business customers quickly before they even get to the bank. Just look at this glowing review. This banker interaction certainly had not generated an open account or any other referral leads from the consumer writing this wonderful review and the business affiliates of the consumer based on how the banker made the customer feel. Please Branch Manager, train your staff better for better customer service and satisfaction. If a customer walks in to open a business checking account, don't ask the customer if the customer is a citizen and then treat them like they don't have a clue or they are not from around here at all. That is not how we do business here. If a customer wants to keep an account open, retain customers. Don't be nosy. Be respectful! Business is business. Don't ask too many questions about the operations of the private client. Just do your job properly and do not question business owners regardless of gender when they want to open a business bank account or keep their account open. This is not the 50s, it's 2024! This experience made the client walk out. I don't know about you, but based on this review and the previous other reviews, it looks like this branch team has a TON of learning ahead of them on what it means to deliver friendly, excellent customer service to the community folk is. People go to an in person branch to feel satisfied about our in person interaction and experience because the online banking system is very cold and impersonal. Consumers in America deserve better than what the review have been reflecting. The customer provided the required documents but the assigned banker refused to open a loyal Chase customer's bank account for no reason because he did not feel like it. This is NOT AN ACCEPTABLE WAY TO TREAT A CUSTOMER AND A FUTURE PRIVATE CLIENT. The customer felt rushed about just simply re-opening her bank account. If this were a private client, this would have easily been an automatic walk-out. And the customer just did. Just because she did not have an appointment does not make her any less than those who have an appointment, in fact walk-ins are ALWAYS PRIORITY because they need immediate assistance. It's 2024! The banker failed to provide friendly customer service to the customer. This is America. That kind of behavior is not acceptable to the locals. We have standards here. A complaint to the corporate office was submitted due to the customer's subpar experience from this branch today.

The staff were really nice when I walked in the branch. I didn’t have an appointment with them and one of the staff members introduced me to Kyle. Kyle was super nice and quick in helping me apply for a new credit card! Would recommend this branch to friends and family!

The worst customer service experience ever – they don't value your time. Chase held my checks for 6 weeks. I visited the branch twice, called them and emailed Allen, Asst VP several times but received no assistance. They even promised to call me back, but never did. In the end, I had to file a complaint to the office of the Controller of the Currency to resolve my issue.

Worse experience ever! Walked there 2 times to open an account, first time the guy had zero understanding of what I was requesting and kept going back to the other staff to ask, then he was not able to speak English.... I just left. Second attempt I got the same result.

Had an appointment with Devon Mason but when I went the branch he was not available. He did not had courtesy to inform me that he would not be available at the scheduled time. The lady on the front desk was also very rude. I had worst chase banking experience ever. Never going to this branch again.

DeVon Mason was the banker I talked to. He gave me a lot of misinformation that cost me both money and my credit score. But Chase said I should've done my own research. So I don't even know why they have bankers to talk to customers. I'm never banking with Chase anymore.

Worst Chase branch on planet earth. They intentionally try to avoid allowing you from cashing checks. We showed up with a check written July 13 2022 (today's date) and they refused to cash it because they said the last 2 in 2022 might actually have been intended to be a 5. *mind blown*
