Only 1 ATM although there are 2 perfectly useful ones that can be accessed after hours but are inaccessible. Long line. Spent 20 minutes waiting for the ATM. No other nearby ATMs. Frustrating.

They key card access is turned off, so there is only the outside ATM resulting in long lines of inconvenience.

After I realized that it left deep scratches on my card.

really bad atms... change all them to new please. waste a lot of time for waiting but it is not working. I am only deposit $500 but the atm cannot read my bills even though all my bills are new. If you want to deposit at this ATM you must have enough patient and inner peace like a monk.

This is bogus!! Why are the ATMs inside closed?! I can understand if there were a couple of machines outside in a busy mall, there is not a nearby Chase. Why?!!

2020/2021 was a though year for me as I lost my husband and had to fend for my kids (4) all by myself. Covid didn't make it any better regardless of the little relief funds that came in. My credit score crumbled while I lost my job to the pandemic. I started a cleaning business in 2022, got my LLC and opened a chase business account while I was building my credit with Spirassp who got my credit from 560-750 prevented me from losing my home. This way I qualified for loans to buy the necessary cleaning equipment I needed for my business to grow. A Life changing experience I must say.

Sick and tired of coming to this location only for the atms in the "lobby" to be closed. Why even have them if no one can access them instead you have people waiting in line during the night. So stupid of a concept to have the atms and not even accessible worst location to come to.

The amount of ignorance by the branch manager at this place is unreal. Denying to deposit comdata checks into my business account because she'd never seen them.....accused of having a fake check and belittled in front of other customers simply because she doesn't understand all industries. I'm definitely going to a credit union after this experience.

I scheduled a in person appointment to open a high school account for my son at chase bank located at the plant. Our appointment was scheduled to see Sabrina. Sabrina greeted us with a beautiful smile and a "welcome". I want to take a moment to praise Sabrina for her professionalism, knowledge, and taking into consideration I was limited on time for this appointment. She explained everything in full detail to my son and I, walked him through the app options, and was very sweet and patient through it all. She also made sure we were out quick due to me having an 8 month old waiting for me at home. Sabrina thank you for everything. This was by far the easiest most pleasant bank visit I have ever experienced. I hope your boss realizes how lucky he/she is to have someone like you. I was not having the best morning and you made it great. Keep up that amazing attitude and I definitely recommend anyone to ask for Sabrina if you visit chase at the plant for opening accounts. Sabrina have the most amazing week. Thank you again.
