I am extremely disappointed with the Chase bank at this location. This is by far the worst banking experience I’ve ever had. Both the ATMs inside and outside are consistently out of order. I have tried to withdraw cash multiple times, only to be met with error messages or malfunctioning machines. This level of inconvenience is unacceptable for a bank of Chase’s stature. The lack of functional ATMs at this location is a major hassle, forcing me to drive further to find a working machine. Plus you have to wait for a private client banker to help you with a simple cash advance/deposit.

Do not go to this location for any of your banking needs. I went there to make a deposit, and the machine was erroring out and almost swallowed my money. The staff that works there told me to try again and I asked her what happens if the machine takes my money and fails to deposit, she’s like “it’s ok we can file a claim and it’ll take 2 weeks to get your money back”. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. It’s also hilarious because you banking staff and security there more than actual ability to help people with their banking needs. Shut this location down.

Really dissatisfying service. They don’t value other’s time. I just had to open an account. The banker at this branch wasted an hour of the scheduled meeting talking about all the unnecessary services chase provides. When there were 25 mins left she asked me to wait outside of her office to open the account myself! Which was the whole reason i scheduled the meeting. When I tried to tell her its not possible to open the account by myself, she was busy on call and came to help almost at the end of the appointment!

This chase branch is useless not sure what the point of this chase is. I've consistently received unsatisfactory service; I'm compelled to write a review.I went in today the first atm machine I attempted to use was not able to take cash in for deposits so I had to walked outside to use the machine for a transaction. When I came back in to do a completely different transaction I was told to at down and wait.Finally, the branch manager assisted me but had no sense of urgency to process my transaction. Please keep in mind that when I visit other Chase branches the tellers take less than 1 minute to process it for me. This lady took her time and took my drivers license and arm card into a separate room. I was confused to why she walked away and left me seated at her desk. When I asked one of the other employees what happened to the banking center manager she she said she would be back in 5 mins and then blamed that they have no tellers so transactions take longer lolOkay, they need to stop blaming that they have no tellers. That doesn't excuse their poor communication and how long it takes them to process transactions. Again not sure what the point of this center is as they seem unable to process even simplistic transactions.I don't recommend you waste your time here.

This Chase bank is useless: parking in underground lot is limited but more, this branch does not cash checks or make change. The people there direct you to automatic teller stations to make such transactions. Hardly any point in having a branch staff if they don't provide any service. I'm an otherwise satisfied Chase customer and now know better than to waste my time here.

What is the point of having this bank if it doesn’t have tellers it ridiculous that you have people there but I can’t speak with a real person. Probably the worst and most pointless chase bank I have been to. The amount of confusion and disappointment in why this one exists baffles me.

The ATMs here are poorly maintained. They’re frequently either out of order (don’t recognize any cards), or out of twenty dollar bills. This is the closest Chase to my house, but I’ve started to avoid going there because it’s so unreliable.

I am completely dissatisfied with Chase bank. I had made a purchase, the vendor who took my money via Apple Pay did not provide the service. After calling to dispute the transaction, Chase decided to side with the vendor. Chase did not ask me for any proof of my purchase or experience. Since the vendor had my receipt that was proof that I was there, apparently that was all the proof that Chase needed. But I still have the broken device in which they did not fix properly. I still have the broken screen, the broken device, and they even took my screen protector. So even though the vendor agreed that it was not fixed properly I was still not refunded. Due to the way that Chase has miss handled the situation I have had my friends and family remove themselves from Chase bank. I have even removed one of my younger siblings from my account as well. It is extremely unfortunate that Chase will decide with vendors over there long time bank members for over 10 years.

This branch has friendly staff and it's very clean. When I came in today I noticed that it's newly remodeled. Alex is a great banker who was very helpful and kind. He truly left me with a great impression of Chase. The customer service experience at this branch never disappoints me.

Clean and easy to understand layout. Came here to get some cash and left. Parking is a bit weird as it's under an apartment complex, but nothing too annoying. Easy transaction.

This branch has friendly staff and it's very clean. When I came in today I noticed that it's newly remodeled. Alex is a great banker who was very helpful and kind. He truly left me with a great impression of Chase. The customer service experience at this branch never disappoints me.
