I came at 5pm sharp and they did not let me in. They had free counters but they still did not let me in. So unpleasant and unprofessional.

I came to this location a few weeks ago and was assisted by Yvonne. She remembered me and my business partners from a visit that had taken place months prior. I can barely remember people I met the same day, let alone months prior. She assisted me with adding myself to our business bank account, and even got me to speak with a banker who was about to take in another client. Being in consumer facing industries all my life, I remember the challenges of being called out and mentioned in negative light, and not being mentioned for positive reasons. Yvonne, I appreciate your service and hope you are recognized for your contribution and the value you bring to JP Morgan. Your energy and smile was contagious, and you exuded “I want to help you” mentality. Im not sure if Yvonne is a manager, but hopefully JP Morgan values her talent(s) and considers her for internal growth sooner than later. Yvonne, it was a pleasure to work with you and I will continue to bring my banking needs to your location. Shoutout to Yvonne!!!!!!

I walked in to this branch to see if this branch kept up the quality of service that Chase is always known for. Unfortunately, when I walked in, I waited more than 10 minutes in line. Chase used to be efficient with quality customer service, people usually are in and out in less than 15 minutes at the teller window with accurate and friendly customer service tellers. I was asked to wait another 10 minutes to speak to a banker as a walk-in during the whole time while the bankers chit chatting loudly in the back the whole bank can hear everything they are talking about. Overall wait time is 24. When the banker was able to see me, he said he had a meeting and called another branch to make the customer run around like a toy, which is NOT ACCEPTABLE IN AMERICA. Needless to say, Chase's quality of customer service need better training and way more improvement if they want to uphold local quality standards that deliver quality customer service to the people. Please do not expect to be treated fairly unless you have an appointment. Oh wait, it's not COVID anymore, so walk-ins are always welcome. Please! For Pete's sake help customers with their accounts especially if they are a walk-in! This is the standard. Never dismiss a very important person and put a meeting in front of a live in person customer. That is how banks get shut down.

I’m a good person I love my family and I love to help people around me that how my mom and my dad told me be good and nice to people be kind to and I love them so much for that I love my mom and my dad very much and I know God my heart he can see everything I do and he knows everything and I’m grateful and thankful that everything that I have it’s not much but I still grateful and I’m willing to trying my best help my mom and my dad and my brother and sister back home but I can’t do anything to help them I loss my job so now I can’t do anything to help my family God I need you and I need your help I don’t know what to do everything it’s going on in my life right God I pray that you can help me and my mom and dad that everything gonna be okay I pray God bless everyone in Jesus name amen ?❤️

Great customer service here at this Chase. I like coming here to deposit all my checks from work. Plus they have so much trees in this plaza, so parking is a bless. Especially when it's hot & I have leather seats. Lol

Horrible customer service. Went in there for a simple cashier's check and was told it will be less than 15minutes. I asked if it was going to take long to which they continued to deny. I was there from 1230 - 1330 and was not seen, due to being on lunch, I had to leave. Spent my whole hour lunch in here and not a single associate came to check on my well being or to "problem solve". If you're not handling passports or appointments, don't even bother coming in.

I came early to check on opening a checking account and they gave me the information so I came back later as they told me between 11 and 12 so I went to get what I needed and when I came back they told me that they couldn't do it today Plus why the process took 45 minutes, something they didn't tell me when I came to ask for information early. The truth is that I'm leaving upset for omitting that type of information since I arrived at 11:30. The truth is that I'm leaving upset.

Their inside service is better than many other locations around. From the moment you walk in, they greet you and let you know what is going on; always making sure that you are aware when another teller will be opening up and they will often ask what brings you in so that they can better assist outside of the line. Their employees always have a professional demeanor and guide you through every step of every process and will make sure that they have taken care of all your banking needs before you leave.

Went in for a wire transfer at noon, went out exactly 9 minutes later with a job well done. Haven’t had a faster wire service ever before. This is one of the older branches with brown shade, the newer ones have more modern ‘blue’ vibe.
