I was racially harassed at this chase bank by a druggist teller. She was laughing at me when I discussed with another customer the struggles we go through being racially profiled Ave discriminated against. I'm reporting this to the city, the media, and my attorney.

We switched to Chase from long term regional bank/credit union customers. We couldn't be more pleased with our choice to join Chase. Our banker Stephanie is very knowledgeable and caring. Every appointment we have had from set up to CDs and investments have been seamless and actually enjoyable. So glad we switched!

My parents and I have been working with Cynthia Thomas at this Chase branch to update several of my parent's accounts for our trust. Cynthia has been extremely helpful and patient getting us through the process. One of the accounts was from the Washington Mutual era which posed problems for updating it in the trust but Cynthia did the research, explained the issues and worked out the solution with my parents' Chase branch. When it came time for the new account to be opened she walked us through everything, confirmed what we wanted and got it all done. Working with her took a lot of stress out of the whole process.

I went to the Chase Bank today at 5393 Almaden Expy, San Jose CA 95118 to have my wife cosign on my business account and the manager assigned my wife and I to Sunita Kumari. She was very polite, cordial and patient to both of us. It is certainly a pleasure to do business with Chase Bank when they hire people like Sunita Kumari. I'm 82 years old, born and raised in San Jose and banked at many different banks and found that Chase Bank stands head a shoulder to all the other banks I banked in the past. Keep up the good work, you have a life time customer.

Opening an account with chase was a wonderful, seamless experience! Jason went above and beyond to squeeze us in without an appointment, and my husband and I were really grateful to work with him. Chase makes every customer feel like a VIP customer, and makes an outstanding effort in meeting your financial needs.

The vibe here as soon as you walk in is extremely terrible , I walked in to make a deposit and from the jump the teller was so rude . I had counted all my money previously before walking in and when I told her the amount she had confirmed was wrong she didn't even want to recount it . She was grabbing and handling the money like it was a problem. So unprofessional , all the other chase banks I've been to , I never felt the judged or treated differently because of all the change in 1s or 5s.

Giving this place 2 stars. The tellers are extremely nice. I have been going to this specific Chase for the past 5 years (maybe more) and the tellers are amazing. Never had an issue with them. The reason why I am giving this place 2 stars is because when I requested help to open up a credit card and find my options some lady (around in her 30's middle eastern) was very rude. I wish I got her name. I wanted to open a credit card that I can travel with internationally and I asked her some questions and she told me "you can not open that card" and did not give me a reason why. On the other hand, there was this black guy who was working there who I went to instead of the middle eastern lady and he answered all my questions, very nice gentleman.

I had stopped by this branch at noon on 1/27/2020 to make a credit card payment, only to leave disappointed with this locations customer service. This review is strictly for the counter tellers. To be the only one in line and wait 7 minutes for service is ridiculous, then to first give your social, your driver license (unfortunately expired 2 days ago), your balance on the account and cannot only take a credit card payment is outrageous. I hope this yelp improves service at this location. If not, I will not hesitate but to close my account and take my business elsewhere. 1 star! Hopefully I can revisit my review with a better rating at a later date.

Visited on a Saturday at 3:30pm - half an hour before closing. There was a small line, but received assistance after only a short wait. The very friendly representative (branch manager?) went through the account opening process with me - and there was no rush, even though the doors were closed by the time it was all complete. Thank you for exemplary exceptional customer service! The office is not too large, with two tellers, three electronic teller terminals and a couple of ATM machines. Plenty of parking. Extra kudos for drought-tolerant landscaping.
