I'm actually surprised at some of the reviews. We showed up at 2:30 on a Saturday knowing that they close to 3:00. We were basically there to browse and possibly see if there were any good plant candidates to be a future bonsai. But while we were there we decided to look around.First of all this is tucked away between Leigh and Southwest expressway. I believe you can access it from Southwest expressway if you know where you're going, but we came in through the neighborhood. Which is kind of funny because nestled between these townhomes, condos, and apartments there is this rather large wholesale nursery. That apparently has been around longer than I have. I was surprised to see how many trees, shrubs, and flowers they had available! I even took pictures because it was just a nice place to wander around. Within the first 5 minutes of us arriving someone came up and asked if we needed any help. We politely said we were just browsing but would find them if we needed them. The prices seemed about right for what we were looking at. Maybe not wholesale prices but they weren't overly expensive either. Unfortunately we did not find a good bonsai candidate but that was not the nursery fault. My husband was looking for something very specific. I'm glad we went and if we are in the area again and need something, we would probably go back.

I really loved this Nursery! It had a variety of different plants ranging from succulents to fruit trees. The setup also was really pretty and well organized. I ended up taking two succulents home with me for a really good price compared to other places I've visited. The employee ringing me up was really nice and friendly.

I am a decade long client of this nursery and I have never experienced what just happened. I am trying to order gardenia shrubs for my client and was confronted with an extremely rude and frustrated store manager. He told me about 3 types of gardenias. One was a five leaf flower which I did not want. He then told me he had two sizes of the double layer flowers. One that will grow to 4-6' and one that will grow to 7-8'. He asked me what I wanted, I stated I need the shorter of the two, 4-6'. He asked me the same question 3 times. He finally shouted that 'WHAT CONTAINER SIZE?" I stated, I have no idea, we did not talk about container size. We were both frustrated but then shouted and hung up on me. I called back requesting to speak with a manager. He stated he is the manager. I asked to speak with anyone else or the owner. He hung up on me again. I called back hoping that someone else might answer, I have been also trying to get Lilac trees from them and was waiting to hear back on those. He told me never to call the store again. I did call back and asked if Richard Riopel is the owner and he laughed maniacally and shouted "WRONG F****** NURSERY" and he hung up on me once again. I am just trying to buy some trees. I am hoping someone normal from the nursery see's this and calls me. Can someone help me please?

Buyer beware. They have a 48-hour exchange or return "policy".If you buy anything, do not plan on exchanging it or returning it.They claim it is on the receipt but never tell you upfront.They are totally unreasonable and that is why the parking lot is usually empty as smart customers go elsewhere.

Years of being a client and today I decided not to return again due to the terrible behavior of the manager. Instead of growing the business, it is ruining it. I don't know if the owners don't know it, but it is ruining them. Respect is essential. Abusive lady in the 10 best nurseríes doesn't apear

Great selection of California natives. Also a great selection of trees and ornamentals. Prices are excellent and staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Limited parking and short hours.

Wide selection, different size pots, super knowledgeable and friendly staff, easy to maneuver and get around the nursery. Overall very good experience. Will come back in the future if needed.
