She was literally the worst phlebotomist I've ever had draw my blood. I could have done a better job with a youtube tutorial. Even though she actually had a good angle a few times, she repeatedly stabbed my vein then asked "oh, does that hurt?" I couldn't believe I had to explain to her that repeatedly jamming a needle into my vein was uncomfortable. I just knew I was going to look like a heroin addict with terrible aim. I have veins that are pretty easy to find. I've never had any issue before with blood work. I give them two stars because she followed OSHA guidelines to a T and eventually blood was drawn.

Had an awful experience here. I came in for a one-tube Cyrex array. The technician (lady) had tons of trouble getting a vein prepared, and even tried to convince me to use a vein on my hand instead. She finally got some flowing in my left arm after pricking my right, and in her words "did some digging around". It's been a week, and my arm is grossly bruised. To top things off, I heard back from my doctor and the sample was unusable due to mishandling by this technician. This was a painful, uncomfortable waste of time and money. Stay away.

Just read this review and I felt that I need to relate my experience. The lady in the office whom I believed is Rosalyn was very nice, friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable on what she does. I never had a problem during my phone conversation with her and my office visit. It's just probably how a person approach her or deal with her. Hope she doesn't get affected with negative reviews. Well we can't pleased everybody!!!

I have had the great DISPLEASURE of having to deal with Central Medical Labs for the past year. This review is for the customer service of Rosalyn who claims to be a supervisor. I will say that I do not have a problem with the services they provide. My issue is with one person in particular who in a 5 minute phone call can ruin my day. Rosalyn should be fired for her outrageously rude customer service. She constantly hangs up on me and my staff, she raises her voice, she is short, curt and straight up rude. The only reason we stay is because it is convenient and the services they provide are not the problem. I called today to make a formal complaint and Rosalyn refused to transfer me to anyone and demanded to know why I was calling. Once I was able to get off of the phone she called my personal cell phone over and over (which I did not answer). So since I cannot get to supervisor I wrote this review in hopes that someone over at Central Medical Lab will speak to Rosalyn regarding her unprofessional behavior.
