I worked closely with An Ngo on a business loan. An was wonderful to work with, he is extremely knowledgeable about everything. An walked us through the extremely complicated process, and made it very simple. I worked closely with him over a few weeks, and enjoyed his professionalism and personality. Be ware of this banker called Ken, he will harass you if you don’t open an account through him. I’d sincerely want Cathay Bank to look into this employee. Take your business elsewhere, would never recommend this branch or bank to anyone.

I bank with this bank. The one thing that I don't appreciate is the staffs here. I had a few experiences of phone services. I try to figure out the money transaction issues on my account. But the staff wasn't helpful and event used bad attitude. I didn't get to resolve my problems.

Apparently the safety of their customers and their staff isn't that important because they do not require people to wear face masks into the bank during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Bad customer service. What did I do? Just open up a new checking account. Just trying to get "another" clarification on setting up over draft protection on my account. When I walked in no one even want to assist me. They made me waited 15 minutes. I had to ask to be help every time I walk in. A lot misty red eye rollers and psychological threaten me if I want to go to my home branch and talk to an officer. When I walked out there was three police patrol cars and a white van in front waiting.
