He took the time to thoroughly explain the differences between various mattresses, helping me understand which one would be the best fit for my needs. His knowledge and patience were outstanding, making what could have been an overwhelming process feel easy and enjoyable. I left feeling confident in my choice thanks to his expertise. Tony provided outstanding customer service to my boyfriend and I today! We went in previously and talked to Sarai to get some info so she helped us pick out the best mattress and Tony helped us complete the purchase for Black Friday. This store is the best and I highly recommend coming here if you’re in the market for a new mattress or anything to do with sleep. Go see Tony, talk to Sarai, you won’t regret it!

I had such a positive experience buying a mattress + some extras here! I went in pretty set on a purple mattress, but after trying out a few of the Casper beds and *especially* because of the attentiveness of their staff, I changed my mind and ended up purchasing The Casper, and their pillows and sheets on the spot. I've been to a number of mattress stores this week, and the customer service here was 10x better than every other store I stopped in.The staff is so great and they really go above and beyond in helping you pick a mattress. You also don't feel rushed at all...I probably could have fallen asleep in their showroom because it was so peaceful LOL. They even loaded my car after my purchase which was sooo nice of them. With all the extras I selected and the bundling discount, I still spent less than I would have on the purple mattress alone. I highly recommend stopping by!

I wanted to buy a mattress and bed frame. I called this store when they opened and it went to voicemail. I called them numerous additional times and still went to voicemail. So I drove to the store and there were two associates working. One was on the phone and the other was sitting around. It turned out that they didn't have either of the items that I wanted in stock so I whined to the associate that if she had answered the phone then I wouldn't have spent 45 minutes (round trip) driving to the store. And before I departed to drive to the store, I chatted with a Casper agent on the Casper website who advised that they had no access to individual store inventory. Not a good experience all around. I have bought products from this company numerous times and the experience is getting worse over time. :-(

I was starting to develop back problems from my old mattress. With a lot of research, we decided to check out Casper. The store is very organized which makes it super easy to shop. I enjoyed being able to try and feel the different mattresses they had to offer. My husband and I were in between the original and the wave hybrid. Tony was able to give us information on both products which ultimately led us to buying the original. He was very informative, open to all our questions, and even helped us load the mattress in our car. It's hard to come across good customer service nowadays. Tony def exceeded our expectations. Thanks for making our experience so easy awesome.

I had recently moved to a whole different state, and Thomas had done an absolutely amazing job accommodating and being patient with me OVER the phone. Throughout the call, Thomas had went above and beyond making sure that I was getting the items I had specifically asked for and answering every question I had. Our call had lasted about an hour, and he was able to manage both myself and the guests in the store professionally. I am super satisfied with my purchase and look forward to coming back again!

Thomas is the most helpful, genuine, nice employee/person I've interacted with as a customer. He went above and beyond to help me get the product I'm looking for, was so thoughtful and provided really good insight into how to pick between different sizes and colors; was so patient and overall made it a wonderful interaction. He called other stores for me and followed up as promised to help me get the specific item I was looking for. Thanks Thomas for taking the time and being such a fantastic human. Your kindness and effort is so appreciated To Tony who seems to be the manager based on other reviews or whoever is manager- I hope Thomas gets all the raises, promotions, and bonuses for being an amazing employee & doing so much for the customers!

Went in with the intention of buying a new mattress and adjustable bed. There were 3 employees working. I made eye contact with at least 2 of them yet never got a greeting or any help. We couldn’t try half of the beds because there were people just hanging out on them. We won’t be buying from Casper.

This review is solely based on the amazing customer service I received from Tony and Angela! I had a whole bunch of questions and they both answered them with knowledge and confidence. Did not make me feel rushed and did not pressure me to purchase anything which is one of the reasons I did purchase actually. As a person in customer service, these guys are it. Super friendly and warm. They are having an amazing Labor Day sale so if you need a new bed or accessories check them out!

We communicated perfectly with Sam. My girlfriend and I just moved here yesterday but needed a mattress for our empty home and Sam helped us with everything. He helped us move the mattress to the car, the service was comprehensive and Sam was very friendly.

We had an exceptional experience here. Thomas was fantastic help. He was patient, friendly and went above and beyond to answer all our questions and find us the perfect match for what we were looking for. We were shopping with our two young children which is usually a disaster but due to the setup of the store and the friendliness of the employees we were able to spend time trying out all the options. Thomas was also available via phone and email as well as in store which was helpful so when we had follow up questions after we left we didn’t have to go back in. I cannot say enough about the shopping experience and cannot believe we waited this long to get a good mattress!
