I am surprised that I am being asked to leave a review!!! As of today, the car is still at CARSTAR Espana's. So far my experience with Espana's has NOT been positive or pleasant.
The automated messaging system does not match the actual progress of the work. Unless CARSTAR Espana's does something extra ordinary between now and the time they deliver my car properly repaired, I don't see how in good conscious, I can recommend this shop.

All the staff is very friendly, the waiting space is very comfortable and the work done was excellent in relation to the price, it was worth it.

Went in to get my car fixed through insurance and the process was very smooth. Maribel helped me through the process and answered all the questions that I had. Communication was very on point via text and phone throughout the repair process and I would definitely come back.
