This is my second time getting my car repaired here. I had some scratches on the paint fixed, and they did an excellent job again. The work was very efficient and fast, and I’m very satisfied with the result. Also, this shop works with State Farm insurance, which is why I chose to come here.

CARSTAR in San Jose ( Brokaw) did an amazing repair job for me. Job came out beautifully & I couldn't be more pleased. I was updated daily and my car was ready when expected. Friendly staff too. Highly recommend.

My friend took their car here to be appraised and I was personally impressed by how efficient they were. I spoke to a few employees, but Adriana and Maribel specifically stood out to me for how they made my friends experience much less painful for her. They both asked how my friend was doing after the accident and cared not just about making a sale but making sure that their client was doing well for me. That’s an A+ attitude

They did an amazing job they and were incredibly detailed and efficient with their quote, my car was unfortunately deemed a total loss by the insurance but their overall kindness and professional additude was incredibly welcome. Maribel specifically was an incredible point of contact and I enjoyed dealing with her.

I brought my car to CARSTAR for paint repair and they did a phenomenal job! They were so professional throughout the whole process and provide status updates for your repair everyday. They let you know the estimated date of completion and follow up with subsequent communication confirming they are still on track for the repair.
The office staff were all incredibly friendly, and the office itself is clean, inviting, and easy to find.
Definitely recommend CARSTAR for your auto body repair needs!
